Description

The Old Bank in Woodstock is a spacious two bedroom apartment located on the 2nd floor above the former Nat West bank in the market square. The apartment offers accommodation for up to four guests in two double bedrooms, each with stunning views across one of Oxfordshire's most historic and picturesque small towns. Cosy up on one of the window seats and watch the quaint town below. Or explore the vast opportunities just outside the doorstep of our Old Bank apartment.

ABOUT OUR SPACE

The accommodation comprises of:

-Ground floor entrance with stairs leading up to 2nd floor apartment.

-Spacious front hallway with glorious skylight leads left into the kitchen.

-A fully fitted kitchen equipped with fridge-freezer, hob and oven, dishwasher and washing machine. Includes chinaware and utensils.

-Grand living room furnished with sofa and easy chairs, wide screen T.V, dining table and chairs. The living room has views over Woodstock.

-Bedroom one is a double bedroom furnished with queen size double bed and wardrobe.

-Bedroom two with four-poster bed.

-Family bathroom with bath and shower next to a separate W.C.

PARKING

Private parking is available between 6pm and 8am and on weekends. There is street parking often available in Woodstock and a 24 hour free car park within 5 minutes walk.

LOCAL AREA AND THINGS TO DO

The Old Bank is situated overlooking the heart of Woodstock town.There is a great variety of restaurants, cafes and pubs within a few minutes walk. Centrally located just a few minutes walk to Blenheim Palace, 15 minutes to Oxford city and on the edge of The Cotswolds. Oxford Parkway railway station is under ten minutes by car with direct services to Bicester Village and central London (50 minutes into Marylebone). The property offers an ideal base whether you are staying a weekend, a week or several months.

How do damage deposits work?
