Contemporary apartment located in the heart of Woodstock, just outside the gates to Blenheim Palace and a minutes' walk to buses to Oxford.

The apartment is suitable for up to two people with a choice of one or two bedrooms, and is located in a stylish new development in the centre of this traditional Oxfordshire village.

ACCOMMODATION

The apartment is located on the first floor in a quiet residential area. The accommodation comprises of:

Bedroom one with double bed and built in wardrobe.

Bedroom two with single bed and built in wardrobe.

Bathroom with shower over bath and W.C.

Living-dining-kitchen area with a stunning built in kitchen, dining seating for four, sofa and easy chair.

Flat screen TV with Freeview.

PARKING

There is parking for one vehicle. Please note that commercial vehicles are not allowed.

BOOKING AND AVAILABILITY

Between April and September there is a minimum seven night stay, although shorter stays may be available in-between bookings.

Short Break Pricing

Stays of less than 7 nights are calculated as follows:

3 nights: 75% of the weekly rate.

4 nights: 80% of the weekly rate.

5 nights: 85% of weekly rate.

6 nights: 100% of weekly rate.

There is a £30.00 booking fee (inclusive of VAT)

LOCATION AND AMENITIES

Ashford Close is a quiet residential area in Woodstock. Blenheim Palace is just across the road, and there are public footpaths nearby with free access through Blenheim. There is a regular direct bus service to Oxford every 30 minutes making this an easy commute for holiday makers or corporate guests travelling into Oxford.

Woodstock is an ideal holiday short let location for those requiring a value for money rental option in the Oxford area. Woodstock town has enormous historical interest with the magnificent Blenheim Palace, birthplace of Winston Churchill, located in the centre.

There are over 15 small restaurants and pubs within a five minute walk of the apartment, ranging from reasonably priced Indian, Chinese and Italian restaurants to Fine Dining in the well known Bear or Feathers Hotel.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
