This spectacular, spacious holiday home on the edge of Woodhouse Eaves sleeps sixteen people in seven bedrooms.House on The HIll is a fantastic, detached holiday home set on the edge of the village of Woodhouse Eaves in the Heart of England. The accommodation sits across three floors with seven bedrooms, including a master king-size double with en-suite Jacuzzi bath, offering enough space for up to sixteen guests. There are two family bathrooms and a shower room across the first and second floor, along with a first floor sitting room with woodburner, a first floor games room with table tennis and table football and a beautiful ground floor kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area and comfy seating. Outside, guests will find a lovely, large garden with spacious patio area and a heated swimming pool. House on The Hill is a spectacular holiday home in a superb location.

Amenities: Gas central heating with woodburner. Electric double oven and 5-ring hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, 2 x dishwashers, 3 x TVs (two with Sky Sports, one for DVD use only), DVD, radio, iPod dock, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and fuel for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Ample off road parking. Lockable bike storage. Lawned garden with patio, furniture, BBQ and heated swimming pool approx. 10m x 6m (open Apr - Oct, heated May-Sep). Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: Approx 10 stone steps from first floor sitting room to garden.

Region: The ultimate in “year-round” appeal, the Peak District offers countryside, picturesque villages and magnificent scenery. It touches upon six counties and encloses 555 square miles of open moorland, flowing rivers, and wooded dales.

Town: A pretty village surrounded by unspoilt countryside, Woodhouse Eaves has a good selection of pubs, restaurants and shops, and nestles on the side of Beacon Hill, a 330-acre country park providing visitors with picnic areas, many lovely walks and cycle trails. With its elevated position, clear days can provide panoramic views across to the Peak District and Lincoln Cathedral.
