Luxury, self catering farm cottage on a peaceful rural small holding with rare breed farm animals including Lincoln Longwool sheep and the first flock of Lincolnshire Buff bantams.

The cottages are fitted with beams, oak floors and doors, bespoke local made kitchens local forge made fittings and hand made bespoke furniture.

One large family bedroom including a king size bed and a child's bed with room for a travel cot and a large family bathroom. A country style well equipped kitchen and a comfortable living and dining area.

You can choose to be greeted with a welcome tray of local Lincolnshire produce on arrival.

A quiet country corner in the centre of a farming community at the heart of an agricultural county creates a quiet haven.

We are conscious of the environment having installed a rain catcher, we use low energy bulbs and the buildings are highly insulated.

    How do damage deposits work?

    If Karen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
