Description

Marram House is a stunning barn conversion in Winterton-on-Sea.

The two double bedrooms have 5' double beds and ensuites (one with a bath, one with a shower) whilst the third bedroom has a bunk bed (big enough for adults), two twin beds and it's own wetroom. There is a large kitchen/dining room with modern appliances and plenty of fridge and freezer space. The highlight is a very large upstairs living room with floor-to-ceiling windows.

Outside is a private garden with large table and sunshade and a larger garden shared with the other cottages.

Marram House is part of beautiful Church Farm Cottages, converted from traditional Norfolk brick & flint farm buildings, tucked away in the seaside village of Winterton-on-Sea and only a 10 minute walk to the beach.

Tucked away in one of Norfolk's prettiest coastal villages, and within 600 yards of a glorious sandy beach, this Barn Conversion has been recently renovated to offer a welcoming holiday

“Well presented dog friendly”

Reviewed 9 Sep 2016

Lovely well presented barn with enclosed patio great for the dog. Everything you need for a self catering stay with good pub and fish and chip shop in village. Visited nearby cafe's at Poppylands, Waxham barns and horsey wind pump national trust site. Beach is great for dog walking - only one issue is that car park didn't open till 8.30. Will definitely consider returning.

“Best coastal stay in the UK”

Reviewed 7 Jan 2014

Absolutely perfect from every aspect, Marram House fulfilled and exceeded our expectations. Well appointed, spotless and cosy with high quality, solid furniture throughout. Kitchen was excellent and plenty of space in the living areas for us and the dogs (who settled in immediately- dog bowl under the sink is a lovely touch!). Highly recommended and hope to return in the future.

“Superb accommodation, relaxing and homely with some lovely extra touches. Will definately be visiting again.”

This visit was everything we needed and some more. The accommodation matched the description and photos. It was such a lovely place, very spacious for our children, the ensuite facilities were ideal, no queuing for the bathroom, the décor was lovely and the kitchen well equipped. The beds were so comfy and the bed linen nice too, makes such a difference to stay in accommodation of such high standard. The extra touches to the accommodation were great, soaps on all the sinks, washing up liquid, tea towels, cleaning cloth, dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls, towels. It was not far to walk to the wonderful sandy beach, so a great base. Was really sad to leave and return home. We will definitely be booking another stay.
