We offer cottage holidays on an organic sheep farm set in the stunning Devon countryside with large gardens, fields and woods and free coarse fishing on our well-stocked lake. We have well equipped cottages, each individually designed, with its own garden and sharing an indoor heated swimming pool, which is open all year. We have 2 cottages to suit a variety of families or groups. Alternatively take both properties sleeping up to 14. Ideal for family reunions and special events. We can also provide an excellent caterer for prepared meals and special dinners.Enjoy peace and quiet among our gardens, fields and woods. Get close to nature with our organic pastures, pure air and a wealth of wildlife. Explore our woodland walk, fish or relax beside the stocked fishing lake or meet our friendly farm animals and pets. The beaches in North Devon are among the best in England and the area has been recognized as having environmental importance and has been delegated a UNESCO Biosphere reserve.There are countless walks to explore from the farm and we are minutes away from the Tarka Trail, ideal for walking or cycling. There are a wealth of beautiful historic houses and gardens to visit nearby and numerous family attractions to enjoy.We are situated between the Moors, making it easy to explore the depths of Dartmoor or Exmoor and the pretty villages that are scattered around the area. As well as farming organically we try to be as environmentally friendly as possible and generate our own renewable energy from our wood boiler and solar panels.

We are ideally placed to reach the sea, from sandy beaches, surf at Croyde or Saunton, to rocky coves or old fishing harbours such as the world famous Clovelly. The beaches in North Devon are amongst the best in England and the area has been recognized as having environmental importance and has been delegated a UNESCO Biosphere reserve.There are countless walks to explore from the farm and we are minutes away from the Tarka Trail, ideal for walking or cycling. Sample a different pub or restaurant each day as there are a wealth of traditional country pubs and restaurants serving exceptional food, beers and ciders.

Winkleigh

RHS Rosemoor 3 miles beautiful gardens to take your breath away. There are a number of historic gardens to visit in the area such as Castle Hill, Hartland Abbey and many others.Great Torrington 5 miles a historic market town with individual local shops.Bideford 12 miles Kingsley's 'Little White Town' with a working port.Barnstaple 14 miles the economic centre of the area, great pannier market on a Friday.
