1 Abbotts Court Mews is a two bedroom luxury apartment which can accommodate up to five people. This architect designed property, built in 2005, uniquely provides a detached first floor apartment conveniently tucked away in a secluded location yet close to the city centre.
Located within the mature leafy suburbs to the north of the city centre it is an attractive and leisurely 20 minutes walk to the city centre. Alternatively, there is a bus stop 200 yards from the property providing regular services to the city centre. The train station is a short walk or taxi ride away.
The property is an ideal base to explore both the delights of the city and the Hampshire countryside including the South Downs, The New Forest, the Itchen and Test river valleys and Southampton, Salisbury and Portsmouth.

Stayed hear with my husband, son and his girlfriend when visiting my family over Christmas. The apartment was clean, very well equipped and in a good location. Would stay here again.

"Well-equipped and comfortable accomodation at a great price"
We stayed for 5 days with two small children. The apartment was well-equipped and tidy with its own parking bay. Located just outside town, we found it convenient for day trips, etc. We would certainly stay again.

"Excellent, Clean, Well Equiped and Comfortable Accommodation"
Booking and checking of availability is quick and efficient within the same day of sending an email. The owner is very flexible with number of nights required and not restricted to any '"Saturday to Saturday" changeovers. The little extra touches that are provided are very welcome indeed after travelling. The accommodation is like a home away from home; so clean, comfortable with excellent beds which are really important for a good rest during a holiday and well equipped throughout and catering for children very well. Location is good and very peaceful, although a car is useful for doing the shopping etc. This is why we have stayed three times here and will certainly be returning in the future.

"Great value, home from home"
Stayed with husband and two small children, and it was so easy. The flat is small, but well designed so you don't feel like you're on top of each other. Well equipped, clean and homely. My kids loved the bunkbeds!

"Very convenient location"
Cosy, warm, clean and very functional - convenient for visting Winchester centre. Bit of a squash for 5 people but for a family of 4 it would be ideal.

"Very well equipped ,spacious, clean and cheerful."
Very prompt contact. Clear instructions on how to find and get into the flat. Accessed via stairs. Walking distance into the centre. Parking space and access to it is tight but manageable. Quiet apart from the trains. Very spacious and well designed. It was a very light and airy, clean and cheerful place to be. Would be great whatever the weather.

Spotlessly clean accommodation Very comfortable beds. Air conditioning in main bedroom. Stayed 4 days. Would definitely go back. - 20 mins walk from town centre

"Beautiful apartment, perfect for our family of 5."
Everything was a pleasure from start to finish. Very friendly and detailed correspondence with the owners. We had a two night stay for a family wedding, when we arrived we very happy to see such a beautiful and tidy apartment. The apartment is very modern with everything you could want, the owners have thought of everything to make the stay as pleasant as possible. We will definitely stay again when visiting family in the area. Highly recommend staying here.

"Well equipped flat in a beautiful city."
Took us a little while to get used to the trains, we are from the northern dales so quite a shock. However, the proximity of the city centre and the abundance of public transport far outweighed the noise of the trains.

"Super little apartment"
The whole experience was great with prompt and friendly response from the owner. The apartment is fully detached above the car parking area with a small balcony to the living room. The kitchen is very well equipped with dish washer and washing machine. There was a good size flat screen TV in the lounge with comfortable seating. There is a double bed room and the second bedroom sleeps 3 in a bunk. Everything was exactly as in the photographs on the booking site. It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac about 1 mile from the centre of Winchester. Although close to the railway line, the double glazing makes the trains hardly noticeable. I would definitely book this again if I was visiting Winchester.
