Play facilities: swing ball and basketball net. Outside: large shared garden area with lawn and fenced off pond (children to take care). Amenities: private off-road parking for 2 cars. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. Additional info: for larger parties, book all three properties to sleep up to 14 guests. Location: pub 2 miles, village shop 4 miles, Indian restaurant within walking distance, sandy beach at Bournemouth 18 miles. Arrival: 3pm.

The accommodation is arranged over the ground-floor of a lovely old timber clad barn and offers TWO bedrooms: 1 king-size double and 1 zip-and-link twin room (that can be presented as a super-king double upon request). Bathroom: with luxurious curved bath with shower over and WC. Lounge/diner: well-appointed area with TV/DVD and super views towards Knowle Hill. Kitchen area: lovely open-plan area with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Amenities: regret no pets.
