Description

The White House is a fantastic,large, luxury, house which stands alone on a beautiful peninsula surrounded by sea on three sides. The views are magnificent across The North Sound, a protected Marine environment with coral reefs and Great Bird island beyond. The property has its own dock on the seafront and turtles, pelicans, frigate birds etc can be seen daily. Inland the highest hills on the island form a magnificent backdrop to spectacular sunsets to be enjoyed while sipping cooling drinks on the pool terrace.

Designed by the top architect in Antigua, the house was built some 9 years ago for the use of the owners and their family, so it is of the highest quality and finished to the highest standards. It is fully equipped for 8 people and has terraces and balconies on all sides so sun or shade are nearly always available. It is located on the North East coast of Antigua and benefits from the cooling Trade winds which means that the air conditioning is rarely needed. Clients can swim in the large infinity edged pool or in the sea from our own dock. Nearby Long Bay has one of the best of many beaches on the island.

Some of the best tourist attractions on Antigua are nearby, including Sting Ray City, Paddles Eco tours and Betty's Hope Sugar Mill. Most of the other places of interest and the airport are within 25 minutes drive.

The North-East coast is the quiet and peaceful part of the island where nature dominates and donkeys and goats range free. Welcome to tranquility.

Interaction with guest

The house is looked after by Lisa who will be available on site to meet guests on arrival. She will also see that the property is cleaned on Tuesday and Thursday mornings and that sheets and towels are changed once a week. This is included in the rental charge. Guests can arrange further services with Lisa but these must be paid for by guests direct to Lisa when ordered. Lisa will also explain bus services, where to shop etc. We also provide as part of the rental charge a luxury taxi to pick you up at the airport and take you to The White House. A rental car at a 10% discount can be delivered to the house by Tropical Rentals as you may require . You must pay Tropical Rentals direct for your hire costs, licence etc.

How do damage deposits work?
