Sirena Bay Estate offers a beautiful Historic ocean side estate with private beach, pool and personalized concierge service. This private setting provides a place to simply relax and enjoy the ocean views or take a swim in your own private pool. The 18th century Dutch ‘Landhuis’ with the other historical buildings on the estate accommodates up to 20 guests and makes Sirena Bay ideal for a vacation with friends or family. The entire estate is yours to use exclusively.

When the white gate to Sirena Bay Estate swings open upon your arrival, the staff will be there to welcome you to your private Caribbean island retreat. Privacy walls surround the estate to create an intimate atmosphere that lets you feel like you are in your own world. The lovingly restored Dutch ‘Landhuis’ is decorated with a charming mix of antique Caribbean furniture with Asian and European influences. A world-class art collection throughout the property creates an atmosphere of elegance and style.

This distinctive address right in the heart of Willemstad, offers all the luxury of the finest resorts, but with much greater space, peace and privacy.

Within walking distance you will find several cocktail and wine bars and some of the best restaurants of Curacao. More than 5 excellent restaurants are within 2 blocks from the Estate. The world famous Emma Bridge and the lovely UNESCO recognized architecture of downtown Willemstad is less than 10 minutes on foot. The popular and trendy Pietermaai district, famous for the best jazz bars and live music, is just 5 minutes away by foot.

If you wish for a private dinner at the house, we can make reservations for a private chef who can prepare a complete menu for your group from an Italian evening to a romantic culinary dinner on the beach, anything is possible!

In the ocean in front of the estate you will find beautiful ancient coral, which is perfect for diving or snorkeling. You can enter the ocean by the stairs on our beach. Next to our estate is a small protected bay perfect for smaller children to play in the ocean with sun beds, a beach bar and restaurant. Curacao is famous for her many hidden sandy bays and beaches, there are so many places to enjoy a beautiful day! Our concierge team is ready to help you make your stay on our beautiful island the most enjoyable and memorable vacation possible.

Personal service

At Sirena Bay Estate we offer the maximum in comfort and personal service to guarantee you and your group the ultimate vacation. Our team will assist you with reservations for island tours, car rental, transfers, etc. Among many other requests, we can arrange a private chef to prepare you and your guests a special meal, a personal massage or private yoga lesson on the beach. Our friendly housekeepers take care of all accommodations, beach, pool and terraces each day. Sheets are changed every 5 days and we provide fresh bath towels and beach towels every 3 days. We also have many additional services available for you, such as; breakfast, airport transfers and a honesty bar.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Aad (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
