Herzlich willkommen in der Ferienwohnung Kati in Wiesmoor im schönen Ostfriesland! Die Ferienwohnung Kati für 1- 4 Personen (+Kind) befindet sich im Obergeschoss unseres Hauses und wurde für unsere Feriengäste gemütlich und komfortabel ausgestattet. Wir legen viel Wert auf eine gepflegte und saubere Ausstattung, denn wir möchten, dass Sie sich bei uns wohlfühlen!

Unser Haus liegt ruhig in einer Sackgasse. Zum Zentrum von Wiesmoor und zum nächsten Bäcker sind es knapp 1km und schnell mit dem Auto, dem Rad oder bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Für unsere Gäste steht ein eigenes WLAN-Netz zur Verfügung (gegen eine kleine Nutzungsgebühr von 2 Euro/Tag, jedoch nicht mehr als 5 Euro/Aufenthalt für alle Gäste).

Von der Auffahrt gelangen Sie durch einen eigenen und separaten Eingang in Ihr Feriendomizil. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer mit offenem Durchgang zur gut ausgestatteten Küche mit Essbereich (4 Sitzplätze +1 Kinderhochstuhl) und zwei Schlafzimmern sowie einem geräumigen Badezimmer mit Dusche, Badewanne, WC und Tageslicht (Fenster).

Für Familien mit Kindern stellen wir auf Wunsch eine kostenlose Kindergrundausstattung zur Verfügung: 1 stabiler Kinderhochstuhl aus Holz (höhenverstellbar), Fußtritt für Kinder im Bad (um besser an das Waschbecken zu gelangen), 1 Kinderreisebett mit Matratze (ohne Bettwäsche/-decke), Kinderschutzgitter zur Absicherung der Treppe im oberen Flurbereich der Ferienwohnung.

Ihren PKW können Sie auf unserer Auffahrt abstellen (2 PKW-Stellplätze vorhanden). Für Ihre Motorräder, Fahrräder oder Kinderwagen finden Sie Platz in unserer Garage.

Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt. Nichtraucher-Ferienwohnung (Aschenbecher stehen vor dem Wohnungseingang zur Verfügung).

Handtücher und Bettwäsche stellen wir Ihnen auf Wunsch gerne zur Verfügung (Handtücherset: 4 Euro/Person/Aufenthalt, Bettwäsche: 4 Euro/Person/Aufenthalt).
