Lounge one large TV, leather seating and cast iron spiral staircase leading to the beamed gallery. Lounge two, spectacular views through the original arched door openings, showing access to the rear open courtyard.

Well equipped, dining kitchen with cooker and seating for 6 people.

For your sleep time; two of the three bedrooms (one is en-suite) can be set out as twin bedded or super king sized (luxury hotel size). The 3rd bedroom is smaller with a standard double bed. The family bathroom has a large walk in shower and an air bath.

Located in a converted stable is the Games Room (no heating) with free to use pub style pool and table football, or fish in our well stocked pond at the end of our back lane.

Your large private off road parking area is in the rear cobbled courtyard of the property adjacent to your main entrance.

Rural but not isolated just 500 metres off the A671. In the village you will find a bakers, butchers, post office, supermarket, pubs, restaurants, a swimming pool & gym... with a 9 hole golf course, water-skiing & cycling.

Manchester 30 mins, Rochdale 10 mins, with Saddleworth, Ramsbottom, Littleborough and Hebden Bridge, all close by.

Although in a wonderfully rural setting, Hindle Pastures is still only three miles from Rochdale and barely 15 mins from junction 20 of the M62, Healey Dell nature reserve 700 meters. In Whitworth we have, bakers, butchers, post office, 2 late shops, 3 pubs, 3 restaurants, community swimming pool, & gym, a 9 hole golf course, water-skiing, and off road cycling,

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Paul (the owner) a message.

If Paul (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
