Please note that extra guests above 12 persons will be charged a set rate of £85.00 per person for short weekends, or £125 for long weekend . Short week breaks will be charged at £200.00 per person over 12 persons (Monday to Friday.)

£225.00 per person over 12 for full week breaks (Friday till Friday ). This will be included in your quote. The price quoted to you will be only for the amount of guests at the time of booking.

Additional guests can be added at a later date for additional price, please contact us for details. The number of people occupying the property may not exceed the number at the time of booking.

For SINGLE female/male GROUPS there will be an additional charge of £80.00 per booking fee for the duration of your stay. Less than 3 guests of opposite gender will be considered as the same gender group and the fee of £80 will be applied.

6/8 person Hot Tub , Fitness Gym, A beautiful very unusual 8 person Barrel Sauna, very large Cinema room with Sky TV 120" screen with full size Table tennis Table, children trampoline and swings , pool /snooker room, St Michael's has 6 - 8 person log burning outdoor Barrel Sauna! We supply fire starter+bag of logs all for £15 only - non refundable - this should last you up to 4 hrs of fun) St Michaels has an indoor Cocktail bar (please bring your drinks or book the bar attendant to entertain you after your journey).

We are happy to provide a travel cot for a small fee of £10 each should this be requested. Please bring your own bedding for the cot.

All bed linen (1 set p/person or couple ) and 2 towels (each) for the guests are provided.

Prices at Peak times (Easter , Summer holidays and Christmas) will be charged at different rate. Please contact the owner .

We take great pride in our home therefore we have a strictly non smoking policy inside the property, small PETS MAYBE considered at a cleaning charge of £30 (discuss with the owner before booking ).

We accept EXTRA DAY GUESTS at St Michaels and as we offer so many facilities at our holiday home there is a CHARGE of £30 per daily person please contact the owner

The information, provided below should give you some ideas for your sleeping arrangements :

Master bedroom with far reaching sea views has super king size bed and comfortable sofa bed, en-suite bathroom, sleeps 4 in total

Family bedroom has king size bed

And bunk bed (double at the bottom and single at the top ) , en-suite shower room, sleeps 5 in total

Main spacious bathroom off the landing (upstairs) with bath and separate shower , w/c and sink

Family "cream & lime" room has 2 single beds and one king size bed, sleeps 4 in total.

"Black & White " family bedroom has double bed , single bed and pull out trundle single bed ( that can be set up, please request before your arrival) sleeps 4 guests in this room in total.

Downstairs single bedroom that is located by the cloakroom (wheelchair accessible, has its own access to the garden area ).

Downstairs cloakroom has w/c , sink (next to single bedroom)

There are two additional comfortable bed setties one is located in the main family lounge , one is in the family room . Sleeps 4 in total.

Earlier check in or later checkout at £25 per hour, if available, please pre book it .

If you are planning to bring more than 4 children (under 16) there will be larger refundable damage deposit requested (please contact us for more details) please allow 2 adults per 1 child, children always will need to be supervised.

“Loved the hot tub!!”

We stayed here for my friends hen do and made the most of the big house by staying in most of the weekend and using of the hot tub (which we loved!). There was definitely enough room for all of us and we loved how close it was to the Beefeater and shops and only a 10 minute drive to the beach. Our host greeted us with flowers, cupcakes and prosecco which was a lovely gesture. We enjoyed our weekend so much that we will definitely be back!

“Great rental property for group holiday.”

Large well furnished house with great facilities including gym and hot tub. St Michaels housed the 20 of us more than comfortably. I would recommend St Michaels to anyone who is thinking of visiting Whitstable or the surrounding area. David was a great host who was available when needed but left us to get on with things.

“Wonderful stay”

St Michael's is a fantastic place for a large gathering of friends/family. We had a group of ten ladies for my daughters 21st birthday. Loads of space, the rooms are huge! The hot tub & sauna were amazing as were our lovely hosts Tatiana & David. My favourite thing was the telephone box in the living room

“The best house in the whole wide world!!”

We wanted to hit pause so that we could make the weekend longer! The house is outstanding in every way. We are a family of 10, 6 adults and 4 children. All the children want to live here together forever. A perfect location and perfect facilities to celebrate my Mum's 70th birthday. She didnt stop smiling all weekend. There are beautiful touches around the house and so much space. We now all want a hot tub! My son Leo said "this is the best house in the whole wide world" and my son Ollie has already asked repeatedly "when are we going back?" A really well kitted out kitchen, lovely sociable kitchen table we could all sit at together. Huge lounge. Fabulous bedrooms. Spotlessly clean throughout. The sauna was a lovely treat. I particularly enjoyed the gym and the hot tub was incredible fun even in the rain. We had a lovely welcome gift left for us which was a lovely touch from very caring hosts. I would highly recommend this fabulous property to anyone.

“Exceeded our expectations”

11 of us stayed for the weekend of my Son's stag. St Michaels is a well presented property, big enough for twice our numbers, with a myriad of facilities covering all requirements. We particularly enjoyed the pool table, the hot tub, the cinema room and the table tennis. David and Tatiana will go out of their way to make sure that you are happy and they make you feel most welcome. The only disappointment is the length of time it takes to get your deposit back, which I still haven't received 11 days after we left - I think this is because TripAdvisor takes 10 days to process it and then Paypal takes its time to put it back on your credit card.

17 ladies stayed at the house for a long weekend we had a lovely relaxing few days enjoying the hot tub and sauna the house is amazing and the cleanest I've ever stayed in ! Tatiana and David couldn't be more helpful right through from booking , arriving and leaving . The accommodation was perfect with very large bedrooms so can fit lots of beds in ! will definitely be back !

“Lovely relaxing home, great base with lots to do in the area... if you can leave the hot tub!”

The hosts are super friendly and really great in terms of contact before your stay and being available during it. They live next door so are close to hand should you need them. There is a lovely large lounge but we seemed to migrate between the conservatory and cinema room. If you wanted to use it there is plenty of space and seating for everyone. The pool table room constantly entertained the boys (14 and 16), good size room with a good quality full-size pool table. The cinema room was a great place for the family to gather for a sit around, dance around, and generally have fun. There is a small bar area which is great, even a fridge under the bar to keep the beers cold. The girls (8 and 11) liked to use the floor space for dancing and doing shows for us as well as being little bar maids, Good base for family games. The kitchen has everything you need and is spacious, there is also a utility room with a fridge freezer, large fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a table with benches in the kitchen which leads off to a spacious conservatory. The conservatory was my favourite space really bright and relaxing to sit in. There is a sofa, a chair and a dining table with 6 comfy chairs this leads into the garden. The garden is big and has a swing set and trampoline for the kids and of course a hot tub... which is massive! The gym is in a summer house in the garden and is well equiped. The sauna barrel is also in the garden, we didn't use that but it looked good. Bedrooms are all a great size, there is a single room on the ground floor and a toilet but no shower or bath so you would need to consider this for guests with reduced mobility. Nearby you have the lovely seaside town of Whitstable, Canterbury around 6 miles away, Herne Bay and Margate within 20 miles. We had cars but there are buses that run close to the house. Gillingham is around 20-30 minutes away and is great for the kids Swimming, Ice Skating, trampoline park etc. Tesco and Sainsbury around 2 miles- we got a Tesco delivery to the house for the main shop. Would definitely go back :-)

Thank you Tatiana & David for a wonderful Weekend and helping us send off our beautiful bride in style. The house had lots of space and comfortable bedrooms with entertainment options; the cinema room, surround sound, pool table, hot tub and the option to use the sauna and gym. The hot tub was a great addition and perfect for the time of year. The house was clean and homely and we felt very welcomed. Tatiana and David were easy to contact and very helpful. We had a great stay with no complaints. Thanks again!
