“Fab place to stay”

Reviewed 10 Aug 2014

Lovely house, clean and very well equipped. Great location for Whitstable, Margate and Westgate on Sea. Would return for another holiday.

“Luxurious, beautiful highly recommend!”

Travelled with a large group of learning disabled adults. We couldn't believe how fantastic the accommodation was, so close to the beach. We would definitely stay again!

“Fantastic house and location, we have fallen in love with Tankerton”

Reviewed 15 Aug 2013

We stayed at Tankerton Town House for only 2 nights, wish it had been longer. In our party we had 3 adults and 3 children aged 6, 11 and 14. The house was everything we needed and more, the children took over the downstairs bedroom leaving the adults to have the living room which gave everyone their own space. The rooms were all well looked after and felt like a real home from home, lots of utensils, towels and linen we couldn't have asked for any more. We arrived a bit early so started to explore the area, we were so happy with the location as it was a short walk to the local shops and the beach, as we were only staying for 2 nights we made the most of our only full day and spent it on the beach. The boys went crabbing (they caught loads), played swingball and swam in the sea, the beach and Tankerton as a whole was lovely and clean. The house being so close to the beach meant that trips back to the house were quick and easy. The locals at the butchers and green grocers were very friendly and helpful, to be honest everyone we talked to was. We will be back to visit it again!!

“Modern and spacious with a relaxing seaside feel”

Reviewed 13 Aug 2013

Tankerton house was a great find and perfect for a relaxing holiday; we left the car in the drive most days as the beach is minutes away and Whitstable only a short 10 minute walk. The house is modern, spacious and light and airy with a real seaside feel, I would recommend the house to couples for a relaxing off peak break and family groups in the holidays looking for somewhere with room for everyone!
