“Clean fresh quiet bungalow with convenient parking. Helpful hosts.”

Reviewed 26 Aug 2014

We don't normally review so take this as a compliment to the property PLUS ==== The bungalow was fine for 4 of us - 2 showers, 2 loos... Very clean and well equipped - including washing machine and tumble drier. Parking could not be nearer Freathy is nice and quiet If you have kids take them for a surfing lesson Hosts were incredibly helpful and caring Dogs had a private garden to run around but could escape The beach is quiet and empty TIPS ==== Portwrinkle is a little further on by car and seemed a more interesting beach Freathy has its own playing field and community halls which we did not use but others may like Although its of the beaten track, Asda do deliver ALERTS ====== I reckon a family of 6 could squeeze in comfortably not more There are no views of the beach from the location - we were fine with this but some others may not Neighbours dog could wander into the garden which was we managed to stop in the end If you want a meal out after 9 in the evening then expect everything to be closed The expensive restaurant along the beach needs booking first and were rude. It is a steep cliff walk to the Beach so not good for wrinklies - be aware no bins along the way. Thanks again Theresa
