“Home from Home”

Reviewed 10 Nov 2016

Lodge was first class accommodation. The owners have thought of everything you could possibly need. Binoculars were even provided to view the birds or the vast sky which you could see all the stars, clouds permitting. Set in lovely countryside, you do need to have a car to reach this lovely location. Good choice of local eating places, supermarkets in nearby Hexham. A very good location with many tourist attractions around Northumberland. Welcome pack was very nice, the homemade scones were delicious! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again. We would certainly recommend this holiday location and all the reviews in the visitors book say the same as us. Book this lodge, you will not be disappointed!

Thank you so much for your very kind words: we do everything we can to ensure our guests do feel totally at home and are delighted that we succeeded. We'd love to welcome you to stay again .
