FANTASTIC 4 BEDROOM/ 3 BATHROOM HOLIDAY LODGE, ON THIS LOVELY RESORT, set in acres of glorious countryside .... There are amazing facilities here, with something to keep everyone happy !

Indoor Swimming pool, Children's play area, state of the art Gym, Bar and Restaurant, Tennis, outdoor Swimming from June to September. Segway adventures avail for an extra small charge. Teens Games room available aswell as Mini Golf is avail from May 2022 !

There is a wonderful feeling of space on this resort, set in the grounds of a historic manor house, acres of grounds and gardens.... the ideal central location, right in the heart of Cornwall! .......

This is a lovely Holiday resort Nr Newquay, set in rolling countryside .... Just a few miles away from the beautiful surfing beaches in Newquay, and many other attractions nearby, including Newquay Zoo, Blue Reef Aquarium, The Eden Project, Dairyland, Waterworld, St Michaels Mount, Lands End, Flambards, and many many more ..... LOVELY LEISURE FACILITIES - Indoor and outdoor Swimming Pools, Children's play area + basketball area, state of the art Gym, Tennis courts, Bar + restaurant, Tennis ..... There really is something for everyone!! ........ Obviously there are certain times when facilities will be closed - during bank holidays/ christmas etc, but this will usually only be for a short period.

WIFI is available at the Reception Building / Cafe, in the Main Leisure building, this is not available at the actual property. Here you can enjoy a speciality coffee, or a snack, or why not choose from the range of wines and beers available here. Pool tables are available here, and Table Tennis table is also available ..... WIFI is NOT available at the actual property.

THE OLD MANOR RESTAURANT, ON THE RESORT -- serves good quality, affordable food, in a relaxed atmosphere. WE CAN HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE SUNDAY LUNCH ! It really is great to have this restaurant on the resort, so that you can relax and have a drink, without the hassle of driving !! ....

This fantastic Resort is very well located to explore Cornwall, with easy access to the A30. ......... We have 3 children ourselves, who love visiting this holiday resort, there is always so many fun things to do, your children will love it too. ...

We arrange bookings for many of these 4 bed / 3 bath properties at this resort --- These properties are suitable for disabled/ elderly guests, there is a downstairs bedroom and bathroom/shower room. Please note that all doors are standard width.

*All bedding and linen is provided for up to 8 guests, just bring your own towels.

WE CAN PROVIDE TRAVEL COT WHEN REQUESTED -- small charge applies

**PLEASE NOTE: THIS PROPERTY IS NOT SUITABLE FOR GROUPS OF TEENAGERS --- this is a family resort and we have to consider the comfort of other guests.

ALSO - we can take a booking for 1 small dog at certain times, we need to know about this on booking ---- as dogs are not allowed at certain times ----- our cleaning company do make an additional charge for this. Certain conditions apply.

Please be aware that there are 8 dining chairs in kitchen area, and the house is set up for 8 guests.

DOGS --- this is a dog friendly resort. We can accept 1 small dog at certain times. Please check before booking as this is not always available ... There is a charge of £49 for extra vacuuming etc after a dog and Anti Viral products to remove odours -- incase other guests have allergies. Please contact us if you would like to bring a dog --- there are certain times when this is not possible. For instance if other guests staying after your dates have allergies --- then we can not accept your booking --- So it is vital that we know if you are bringing a dog.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
