The lodge is a fully appointed, two bedroomed lodge, located on a wonderful, self contained resort which combines many activities for both Mum and Dad and the kids (separately if required!!) with the peace and tranquillity of the countryside and easy access to the attractions that Cornwall and the South West offers. When the day is over, the lodge has a nice patio area with dining table and chairs which is ideal for relaxing. Everything is included with the lodge or available from the resort (sometimes at a small cost) .

The resort has a well appointed club house with reception, lounge area (WiFi available), a kid's club and play area, restaurants, coffee shop and gift shop. The resort also boasts the Indigo Spa to help you relax & unwind or to pamper yourself with a beauty treatment or massage. The spa offers a variety of treatments (charges apply) such as manicures and pedicures, Indian head massage, reflexology, aromatherapy and air spray tans.

And if not enough, you will be able to enjoy a game of golf in the 9 hole Pitch & Putt course or, energy permitting, swimming in the indoor or outdoor pool, Tennis or Badminton.

The lodge has a double bedroom & a twin bedroom upstairs with a double sofa bed downstairs and can sleep 6 people. The bathroom has a shower and with all bedding included, you only need to bring your personal towels & tea towel, if you want!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Tim (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
