Top floor luxury penthouse apartment in an idealistic location, just 20 minutes from Northern capital Belfast.

Perfectly located with only a ten-minute walk to the nearest train station and a private carpark available, allowing excellent ease of access.The electric lift steps onto a carpeted hall, greeted by a luxuriously spacious open plan living area, which features a fully integrated black marble kitchen. The penthouse living space features slick modern interior with wooden style flooring, a classy corner sofa, quirky hanging lights, a cosy fireplace, a flat screen television, and a pool table which accompanies a large dining table that seats eight.

Moving into the kitchen, the fully furnished space meets every requirement, including a double oven, American style fridge freezer, 6 ring hob, dishwasher, toaster, kettle etc. In addition to a separate utility room that houses both a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Each bedroom is beautifully finished, with a stylish grey carpet and tasteful artwork on the cream coloured walls. The Double room sports a breath-taking view of Belfast lough, the Mourne mountains and the Coplin Islands. Moving on to the master bedroom, you are greeted with a luxurious kind size bed and two windows giving the room a bright airy feel, while offering views of Carrickfergus Castle and Knockagh monument. The plush grey carpet gives way to the tastefully tiled ensuite that features a spacious power shower and convenient heated towel rail.

The twin room is more than comfortable. With a spacious feel, sliding wardrobes and two single beds, each fitted with a plush memory foam mattress. All our beds are carefully fitted with mattress protectors and anti-allergy pillows, for ultimate cleanliness, style and comfort.

The bathroom is arguably the show stopper of the house with modern deluxe tile work, an impressively large luxurious corner bath and wet room style shower.

The penthouse is designed perfectly with luxury and comfort in mind to offer you a relaxing stay, full of class, convenience and style.
