The kitchen boasts a beautiful design with granite countertops, central island, glass cook top stove, double oven, microwave, dishwasher, stainless steel French door refrigerator and water cooler for Hot water or ice cold filtered water on demand. Take a seat at the center kitchen island or 6 seater breakfast nook table and engage in lively conversation as dinner is being prepared. Enjoy dinner at a beautiful mahogany dining table with plush seating for eight and discuss the enjoyment of the day’s activities.

The master bedroom is fit for a king and queen with its massive king size solid wood 4 poster bed. Solid wood dressers and walk in closet provide plentiful room to store your clothes and personals. The spacious master bath leaves nothing to be desired with his and her sinks, deep, jetted spa tub and Italian tiled shower with sunflower showerhead and hand held shower wand. All other bedrooms are outfitted with queen size beds. The second floor bedroom has a sitting area with a sleeper sofa and wet-bar with its own wine fridge. Leading onto a private walk out balcony overlooking the infinity pool, palms swaying in the backyard and allowing views of beach and turquoise waters for miles. Getting around

Navigation on North and Middle Caicos is linear and not difficult. But it can be easy to miss some of the attractions such as Cottage Pond, Flamingo Pond Overlook, and Indian Cave, so you’ll want to have a map. Maps are often provided by the rental agency, but supplies can be limited at times so consider printing your own. Most guests also like to explore the Island and visit some of the sights the island has to offer such as the ruins of Wade's Green Plantation. You may also want to take a day trip to Middle Caicos and explore the limestone shoreline of Mudjin Harbor and the natural limestone Caves there. Other than KJ Foods, a very small store, there are no grocery stores and only one restaurant (The Silver Palm) within walking distance.

We at Grace on the Bay will begin to work with you shortly after you secure your reservation. For some of you this may be a new Holiday experience. In order for us to meet your expectations we want you to feel comfortable to ask us any question you may have. Myself and Marilyn (Property Manager) will gladly provide you with any requested information and do our very best to meet your needs. All necessary arrangements will be made and communicated to you prior to your arrival. If we are well organized prior to your arrival, then it will help to avoid any unnecessary stress that often accompanies traveling to a destination. We want you to have a comprehensive understanding of what to expect, beginning when you exit the airport.
