Ocean House is a 4 bedroom town house situated in the heart of the seaside town of Weymouth. The property has just been totally renovated throughout. The property has a wifi throughout, with all rooms having SMART TV's, full sky package. On the ground floor the property has Lounge, dining room, cloakroom, kitchen, utility room and family bathroom. It also has a small courtyard situated at the rear of the property.

The property boasts many period features from its Victorian past, with high ceilings, original fireplaces and large windows. It's the perfect family get together house, with all new furnishings and modern equipment. Visit Britain inspected with a 4 star rating.

The first floor has a King size master bedroom with walk in dressing room and with ensuite shower room with toilet, along with a twin bedroom and a shower room with toilet situated on the landing. The second floor has a king size bedroom along with a day bed which can be used as a single, twin or a double. there is also a shower room with toilet situated on the landing.

There property has a parking permit, there is a car park directly behind the property. The beach is 80 yds away, the harbour 100 yds, with all the shops, restaurants, cafes etc all within 150 yds from Ocean House.

How do damage deposits work?

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Louise (the owner) a message.

If Louise (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
