Description

PERFECT LOCATION FOR XMAS SHOPPING IN LEEDS OR HARROGATE! Bus stops outside the door so no parking worries. Think Harvey Nichols and the fabulous Victoria Centre in Leeds. Or HARROGATE for mince pies at Betties!

The cottage is in the middle of Yorkshire's Golden Triangle, equidistant to York, Harrogate and Leeds (all about 25 mins). The A1 is close (but far enough away!), so access to anywhere is easy. On the doorstep is Bramham Park - home to the Leeds Festival, the Horse Trials and to many weddings. Bowcliffe Hall is nearby, whilst ten minutes away is Hazelwood Castle a big events venue. Racing at Wetherby is a short trot away and you can visit Harewood House on your way to Harrogate or Leeds. Locally you can explore historical Clifford, which has three pubs, walk to the top of Windmill Hill and spot 7 churches, including York Minster!

Wetherby is a sophisticated market town about ten minutes away. The Georgian village of Boston Spa has restaurants cafes and shops

Wetherby is a sophisticated market town about ten minutes away. The Georgian village of Boston Spa has restaurants cafes and shops a mile away and just down the hill (4 minutes) is good pub grub in Bramham.

Bramham hosts the Horse Trials and the Leeds Festival and also many weddings at the park.

The cottage itself is newly refurbished, it is stylish with touches of Chinese chic in the oriental cabinets. Snuggle into feather and down duvets and pillows with white Egyptian cotton sheets and fluffy towels. In summer you can sit in the little front courtyard and in winter keep warm by the glowing fire.

Perfect for a romantic break, birthday, anniversary! Perfect for exploring Yorkshire!

The kitchen has fridge, freezer, cooker, microwave and washer TV/DVD, CD and Wi Fi are all here too.
