Scenic, private, secluded, quiet, and at the doorstep of some of the finest outdoor recreation anywhere in Ireland. Old style American jukebox, wood burning stove, balcony for the kids to play or watch TV. The kitchen comes equipped with everything you need and if we don't have it we will get it for you.Handcrafted log beds on the ground floor. Whether you are planning the perfect Connemara family vacation, a romantic getaway, a unique Westport adventure, or are looking for a destination for your family/friends reunion or corporate retreat, we are certain Eaglewoodlodge will be exactly what you are looking for. The Greenway is only 10 minutes away. This is a dedicated cycle path on an unused railway line. We are only fifteen minutes to Croagh Patrick Ireland's most climbed holy mountain. Outside porch and mature gardens where you can enjoy the views. Blue flag beaches are only 15 minutes away. Hill walking on your doorstep and guides to take you there safely. Salmon and brown trout fishing within 100 meters(licence required). Sea fishing 15 minutes away. Quite roads for cycling where the only disturbance will be sheep . We are located half way between Leenane and Westport. Our glamping pods are proving very popular have a look in our gallery to see how cosy these pods are. The pods sleep 2 and 3 people respectively. No parties or loud behaviour.
No smoking in house. Penalties will apply.
Cigarettes to be discarded in container outside front and side door - not on deck or lawn.
House to be left in same condition as you receive it. Apart from bed linen house must be cleaned, cutlery washed and put away, no rubbbish left lying about.
We recycle 100%. Labelled bins provided at back door for this purpose. Anything not recycled will be charged at 30eu per bag.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Michael (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
