Heather Lodge is a Luxurious, Boutique 2 bed, 2 bathroom apartment.
Welcome to Heather Lodge, a large impressive Edwardian property superbly located in one of the most sought-after peaceful areas of Weston-s-Mare. It’s just minutes from the seafront, beach and town centre and most of the main attractions that the resort has to offer. It may not be summer, but Weston remains open to visitors all year round. Come and enjoy a wealth of things to do here – whatever the season, whatever the weather.
Our beautifully presented two-bedroom ground floor apartment is stylishly furnished boutique-style, benefiting from its own private entrance and large personal off-road parking area. Inside there’s a sizeable newly fitted kitchen/lounge/diner. The kitchen area is fully equipped with oven/grill hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, pots & pans etc. The lounge area boasts a large sofa & easy chair, a Freeview/internet flat screen TV with Iphone compatibility, DVD player & Roberts DAB digital radio. The stylish dining area comfortably seats four around a large marble table. Step from the dining area and move into the light, airy conservatory, perfect for breakfast almost al fresco! Outside, there’s a private courtyard garden, a year-round suntrap, the perfect place to sample a pre-dinner aperitif or two.
We have two beautifully appointed spacious bedrooms. The west-facing master double bedroom has full ensuite facilities. The second bedroom, which can be adapted as a kingsize or two singles, has its own adjoining private bathroom and shower.
All freshly laundered linen and big, soft fluffy towels are included. As is all electric, gas etc.

WsM is sited at the gateway to the South West. There are excellent road, rail and air links with two junctions of the M5 serving the resort, a central railway station and the nearby Bristol Airport. The flagship Grand Pier, two theatres, a cinema, and the central Sovereign shopping centre. There are parks and woodland walks that provide breathtaking views across the Bristol Channel. There are so many places to eat and drink thanks to the variety of restaurants, bars and cafes. These attractions merge to make Weston a year-round destination. The beach is clean, the people are friendly, the air is fresh and the pavements are flat. Everything’s here to ensure you have a most enjoyable holiday.
AROUND THE TOWN
Weston is a resort that has it all, whatever the time of year. For people who enjoy the great outdoors there is plenty of walking & cycling. Meander along the West Mendip Way, it’ll take you from Weston to Wells if you fancy it, with spectacular views along the route. Weston’s flat roads make cycling a breeze, although there are stiffer challenges for the keener! We have secure, weather proof storage for your bikes etc. For golfers, Weston has three testing courses. One is a links course a short stroll from Heather Lodge. Did you know Weston has its own nature reserve? The Old Town Quarry is the place to enjoy tranquillity, wild birds & flowers. There are artists’ studios, exhibitions and a tea room renowned for scrumptious home baked cakes! The glorious miles of sandy beaches provide activities such as paragliding, kite surfing, sand yachting and sea fishing.
Talking of tradition, book with us in November and enjoy the spectacular winter carnival. It’s a riot of colour & noise as scores of brightly-lit floats rumble around the town.
WsM is an ideal place to stay if you want to explore the best that the West Country can offer. Bristol & Bath are easily reached and provide a superb day out. Bristol boasts Brunel’s Clifton Suspension Bridge, Bristol Zoo, the ss Great Britain to name just three. Browse around upmarket Clifton, with its trendy bars & restaurants and experience the famous Cabot Circus. Explore Bristol’s heritage and culture it’s the same story in Bath, the Georgian city attracts visitors worldwide. The Royal Crescent, the Roman Baths and the Thermae Spa are great places to explore. Enjoy the city’s shopping experience or wander through the historic side streets. Both Bath and Bristol also host traditional Christmas markets, just the place to buy those last-minute festive gifts.
Close by is Cheddar Gorge & Caves, with dramatic cliffs rising up 450 feet & stunning stalactite caverns below. For Winter Sports lovers, there’s the Mendip Snow Centre at nearby Churchill, activities include dry slope ski-ing, snowboarding, plus mountain biking, climbing etc. If touring historic homes, visit Tyntesfield estate, between Weston & Bristol. Enjoy the Victorian Gothic house and soak up the life of a bygone age. Pay a visit to England’s smallest city of Wells, go exploring in the Mendip Hills or visit Glastonbury, another of the West Country’s inland jewels.

We had a wonderful week at this fabulous apartment. It has very stylish and comfortable furnishings and it was a delight to enjoy the high ceilings, cornicing, chandeliers etc. The apartment is perfectly situated for the beach, town and other amenities. It is in a very quiet residential area with a lovely courtyard garden. Can't wait to return!
