SEA DRIFT is a stylish town house in a secluded private, gated development of houses and apartments and has fantastic sea views. Situated 50m from the sandy beach at Weston super Mare and adjacent to Weston super Mare Golf Club, this property is ideally located and accessible for local attractions.

SEA DRIFT is laid out over three floors, as follows:

Ground floor:

Well-equipped kitchen/diner with external door leading out to the private, courtyard garden; hall with stairs leading to first floor.

First floor:

Lounge with fantastic sea views and external door leading onto a sea view balcony; twin bedroom; WC and basin; landing with stairs leading to second floor.

Second floor:

Master bedroom with king size bed, sea views and external door leading onto a sea view balcony; ensuite to master bedroom with shower, WC and basin; twin bedroom; family bathroom with bath, shower, WC and basin.

The property has a garage, a small courtyard private garden with outside table and chairs, as well as access to beautiful, well maintained communal gardens. An additional parking space is available. We also have wi-fi/internet access.

Sea Drift is a great base for holidays for families, couples, walkers, cyclists and golfers ... for a relaxing break or an action packed adventure! If you fancy a spot of golf, Weston super Mare Golf Club is only 2 minutes walk from the property.

This is a lovely house in an excellent location overlooking the seafront but at the quieter end of Weston. It's beautifully furnished and very well equipped. Kate the owner is easy to contact and very helpful. Highly recommended.
