This delightful annexe is located in Hastings, East Sussex and can sleep five people in three bedrooms.The Maples is a wonderful annexe located in Hastings, East Sussex. It has three bedrooms; one ground-floor double with en-suite bathroom, one first-floor double and one single, with a separate family. Downstairs offers a fitted kitchen with an adjacent conservatory, as well as an open-plan living room and dining area. Outside has an enclosed decking and patio area with furniture. Off-road parking is available for two cars. The Maples is the ultimate choice for a seaside holiday to Devon.

Amenities: Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for two cars. Enclosed decking and patio area with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.4 miles and pub 0.2 miles. Note: Ramps have been fitted to access the property and garden and would be suitable for wheelchair access.
