OUTSIDE. There is a small, south facing paved garden accessed through sliding patio doors from the sitting room. A gate then leads onto the beach.
Parking for several cars.
LINEN: A linen charge of £12.50 per person per week can be added to the rental price. For each week of your stay this includes, bed made up with linen, bath sheets and hand towels. Beach towels are not provided. You do have the option to supply your own linen at no additional charge.
The property is available to rent by the week, Friday to Friday, in peak times and by arrangement at other times.
Unfortunately pets are NOT allowed and smoking is strictly prohibited.

The West Sussex region
Approximately 65 miles south west of London, 'West Manhood' covers a small area starting some 3 miles south of the Cathedral City of Chichester and stretches a further 4 miles to the coast where the beaches look across The Solent to the Isle of Wight.
The villages of East Wittering, West Wittering and Bracklesham Bay ). A mainline station located at Chichester provides a regular service to London Victoria in about 1 hour 45 minutes and to Gatwick in about 1 hour 5 minutes. An alternative, slightly faster rail service to London is also available from Havant in about 1 hour 20 minutes to London Waterloo.
The Cathedral city of Chichester is one of the most well-preserved Georgian cities in the UK , with its centre sitting within the famous old Roman walls. The four main pedestrianised streets, North, South, East and West converge on the central Market Cross and offer a comprehensive range of shops, bars and restaurants. The
The arts are well catered for as Chichester is home to the world renowned Festival Theatre and smaller Minerva Theatre and also the Pallant House Art Gallery which is now enjoying a well deserved international reputation for its contemporary art. Annually the city plays host to a number of celebrated music and arts festivals centred around the Cathedral.
The waters of the Solent and Chichester Harbour are particularly popular with sailors. The harbour is made up of a series of tidal creeks and is designated an area of outstanding natural beauty with wonderful walks while Chichester Marina, Birdham Pool and Itchenor Sailing Club provide the nearest sailing facilities. The 'National Trust' reserve (1.5 miles) at East Head has perhaps the most picturesque 'blue flag' beach in West Sussex and the award winning coastline of the Witterings and Bracklesham Bay in general provides many opportunities for swimming, surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing and landboarding.
Other recreational activities are well catered for, there is a multiplex cinema in Chichester and several Golf courses are in close proximity. Apart from its' internationally known racecourse which offers the 'Glorious Goodwood' meeting in the summer, Goodwood also provides many other facilities including golf, country club and airfield and plays host to the world famous annual 'Festival of Speed' and the motor 'Revival' meeting in September at the historic motor racing circuit.
There are exceptional walking, horse riding and mountain biking opportunities to be enjoyed in the South Downs countryside which now enjoys the status of a national park.
East Wittering which includes a health centre, chemists, banks as well as an excellent variety of shops is only a 400m walk away. The Cathedral City of Chichester is 6 miles to the north and offers a wealth of cultural and entertainment activities such as the Festival Theatre, Pallant House art gallery, Cathedral, multiplex cinema and leisure centre. Within two miles of Chichester is Goodwood House the location for the world famous Festival of Speed, Goodwood motor racing circuit and 'Glorious Goodwood' horse racing. Chichester Harbour is designated an area of outstanding beauty.
