This is a newly listed property, and is a Garden Apartment - it is a newly refurbished and has been finished to a very high standard, with loads of character and the apartment is in a great location. There is a double size walk in shower with Steam Room.

Please Note:- The images are of the flat before the high specification renovation. the flat will be finished to a high standard, and the images will be updated shortly.

The flat will be ready for bookings in Mid May.

As of 5-5-17, all of the decorating, flooring has been completed, all that remains is to furnish the flat with Ottoman beds, and over bed wardrobes.

Pictures and curtains and the Garden is being landscaped in the coming week.

Very close to the Chiswick Clayton Hotel that charges from £165 per night for a small single room!

Chiswick is one of the most exclusive of London's postcodes, only a few stops from central London, with various large parks and stately homes, Trendy cafe's, Up-market restaurants and Boutique shops cluster around the picture-book beauty.

Chiswick is a popular and prosperous west London suburb which occupies a large kink in the Thames, north of the river. It has a famously long shopping street full of independent outlets and chain stores which runs from Hammersmith to the Chiswick roundabout. It is home to many famous writers, musicians, actors and other well known personalities.

Free Broadband Internet, Large 55" Smart 3D LED TV, Freeview HD films and Sports. There is a swimming pool and sports facilities within a 5 minute walk from the apartment, and Gunnersbury Park public tennis courts only a 10 minute walk.

A Large Victorian property, on a tree lined street, it is on the ground floor of the property.

The property is only a 2 minute walk to Gunnersbury Park tube station and only a minutes walk away from a main Bus Stop.

There is also off road parking (in front of the property) allocated to the apartment, if It is prior, It is important that parking requirements are requested, because the spaces are rented out. (A charge of (£9 per day applies)

We require a 25% deposit immediately to secure your booking.

The remaining balance along with the security deposit to be paid 2 weeks before your arrival date.

*Security deposit of £300 to cover any loss or damage during your stay. This will be returned after your departure by bank transfer. You will be notified of any deductions beforehand.

Why can't I call Deryck (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Deryck (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
