LOCATION! LOCATION IN THE HEART OF HOLLYWOOD. Stay in this lovely 1600 sqft home. It's centrally located a block to Sunset Blvd 2 blocks to Hollywood Blvd- Walk of Fame, Dolby Theater, Madame Tussands, Highland Center, West Hollywood Gateway & other tourist attractions. It's a nice area and a short drive to Universal Studios Hollywood, Warner Brother's Studios, Beverly Hills, UCLA, USC, The Grove, Griffith Observatory, LA Museum, Farmer's Market, Hollywood Bowl, CBS Studios, Santa Monica Pier, Venice & Malibu Beach.

It's a block away to Ralphs supermarket, Starbucks, In & Out Burger, restaurants, fast food places, stores, fitness gym, bank, cafe, Jim Henson Muppet Studio & LA INK.

The house has a parking with automatic garage door opener. It has nice yard & fenced with ficus trees. It has a spacious living room with 52" flat screen TV incl. free movie channels Starz, HBO movie channels. Master bedroom has 32" flat screen TV as well. Full kitchen with breakfast area, formal dining room, washer/dryer, central heat/air, WI-FI connection.

Linens, towels & beach towels, extra pillows & blankets, Laundry detergent, Full kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, coffee maker with coffee grinder, toaster, blender, double door refrigerator, oven, cooking utensils, iron & ironing board* central heat/air, movie channels (HBO) * spacious living room with white sectional sofa. nice lawn surrounded with ficus trees with patio sets to relax.

.You will love the location and the house. I lived here for 13 years. Welcome to my home!! There is a 4-night minimum. Credit card accepted (Mastercard, VISA, American Express and Discover).

How do damage deposits work?
