A perfect seaside destination, close to all amenities and the pebbled beach, the cottage is a beautiful traditional weather boarded house and is featured on many of the local postcards.

This Grade II cottage is one of the most picturesque in the Old Town and is now a charming three-bedroom holiday home in the heart of Hastings and a short walk from the beach. A perfect retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the seaside and the shops and restaurants of the Old Town, up a quiet pedestrian path, Church Passage is an ideal place to unwind and relax with friends and family.
Recently stylishly refurbished, this quaint two story traditional fisherman's cottage features:

Comfortably sleeps 6 adults or 4 adults and 4 children with travel cot
Two front bedrooms with traditional pine double beds, the rear bedroom has a double bed (bottom) and single bed (top) bunk bed and beautiful view over the rooftops of the Old Town. All bedrooms are fitted with high quality linen and charming furnishings.
A cosy period sitting room with soft lighting, a large open inglenook fire with sofa, armchairs and DVD/TV.
After a day on the beach sit back and soak in the large family bathroom with roll top bath and integrated bucket headed shower. Towels supplied.
Dining room to seat 6 comfortably. An ideal place to entertain with easy access to a well equipped kitchen.
Separate cloakroom WC.
Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and traditional butler's sink.
Adjoining laundry room with washing machine and dishwasher.
10 minutes walk from the train station with free parking a 5 minute walk away at Croft Road

“Pretty Old Town cottage”

What a brilliant stay once again in Church Passage. We love this cottage, perfectly located in the heart of the Old Town but in a quiet twitten away from the noise. It’s such a pretty house and very comfortable, all we could need. There were six of us staying and it worked really well. Also we were very glad to have Sky Plus so we could catch up on Line of Duty before anyone told us the final storyline! It’s easy to park up Croft Road once we’d unloaded and then we walked everywhere. Thanks again for our stay - hoping to come back again.
