Peak Summer Weekly Rates:  last week of June until the first week in September: $2,100/week.

Located in a central location on Cape Cod's Main Street (Route 28) within an easy walk to Downtown Dennisport. It is close to Belmont Road Beach (1 mile) and the bike trail. It is an easy walk to the Dennisport restaurants and attractions such as Noble House, the Red Nun, Buckies cafe, Domino's Pizza, ice cream and shopping. There is a convenience store with great sandwiches after your swim at the beach or the built in pool. There is a big back yard for lawn games, badminton, etc.

Main floor has an open living area/kitchen and a separate dining room. There is also a small study with desk if you need. There is a new 39" Flat Screen TV in the Living Area.

This home is great for a family. Bedroom #1 offers a Queen bed,

There are also AC Units in the dining area and the office. This home offers wireless internet access as well. The house also houses a small caretaker's apartment and shares the property with an antique carriage house; the owner's small interior design business.

During peak summer season (from end of June to first week in September) a 7 night Saturday - Saturday rental reservation is required. In some instances you may be able to book an off season (Fall and Spring only) 3 night stay.

We do not charge a departure cleaning fee. Simply follow our basic check out instructions carefully and there will be no extra charges. If you prefer for our cleaners to take care of the basic check out list, this can be arranged for a fee of $100-$300+ (depending on the condition and size of the home) that can be billed to your credit card for your convenience.
