This apartment is located in the heart of Edinburgh's West End at Douglas Crescent, a quiet residential street, with large gardens opposite, private to the residents of the street, running down to the Water of Leith. The apartment also has its own private garden to the rear with a patio facing south to get the sun from mid day. Walking distance to the west end of Princes Street and major bus connections is 10 minutes. There are several restaurants, pubs and convenience stores within 5 minutes walk. Haymarket station is 5 minutes as is the drop off point for the Airport bus.
The apartment is spacious with two large double bedrooms, one with a kingsize bed and en suite bathroom with shower and the second with a double bed. The third bedroom has twin single beds.
