From the owner

Situated 300 feet above Long Bay Beach on a secluded hillside, this very private and romantic home is accessed via a scenic drive or staircase winding down the hill, and enjoys captivating long-distance sea vistas and constant 10-20 mph cool tradewinds. Nestled in garlands of flowering allamanda and other island flora, Longview Villa offers three bedroom/bath suites in two pavilions with a generous 40-foot lap pool between them for perfect privacy. 

The main pavilion houses the very comfortable living area, kitchen and one double-twin bedroom/bath suite with a unique sunny garden shower. A patio for outdoor dining, just outside the living area, also leads to the king master bedroom suite on the second pavilion's main level, fully screened and handsomely furnished. Above on Longview Villa's upper level is a further king bedroom/bath suite, complete with its own deck and a charming sitting area; from this level you may enjoy incredible sea views clear to the horizon!

The new 3rd pavilion is on the other side of the main house . Two large double bedrooms with ensuite each has a large terrace to relax on.

The property has just been bought by Nicholas and Michele but they have been staying and refurbishing the property for the past year. A full container load of furniture was brought over from London UK last year. Extensive painting of the property gives this lovely property a fresh look.

Our close friends Katy and Jon manage the property for us along with their own properties of Limeberry House and Villa. They will meet and greet you on your arrival. They have a well deserved reputation in maintaining properties and ensuring guests are well looked after. Their knowledge of what to do on the island, or where to get items is encyclopedic. Just ask and they will be happy to share their years of local knowledge and experience in looking after guests to ensure you have the perfect paradise time. As always best to plan your trip and we are all here to answer your questions and help in any way we can.

Long Bay enjoys the longest beech on the island a 2 minute drive away or walk for those who feel fit. There are several other beeches on this side of the island just a few minutes away. It never gets crowded, very often you are the only person on the beech. Your holiday can either be one of total relaxation with Serenti spa offering home Massages and total privacy or an adventure holiday with Sailing, Boating, Diving, Snorkelling, Deep sea fishing, Paddle boarding as well as island hopping by boat, plane or helicopter.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Nicholas (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
