Fully tiled on the ground floor and wood finish floor on the upper levels, I have great pleasure and pride in sharing this modern luxurious house. I live in this house and am able to rent 2 bedrooms. Ideal for allergy sufferers as the floors are tiled and the house is kept nice and clean.This house overlooks a park. Recently extended and renovated. Furnished to a high standard. Ground floor is fully tiled and upper floors have wood finish floor. For two straight years me and my friends have gone to London to attend a football game at the Wembley stadium. And for two straight years we reserved a room at Rashmi and Neeta apartment. The reason why we went there is simple: Rashmi and Neeta are very kind persons and their house is clean, confortable, as well as located in a very quiet neighborhood: in short a perfect place for fans who want to sleep close to the Wembley stadium but also perfect for tourists who want to visit London staying, not so far from the city center, in a very quiet and nice house.

From even before we arrived, when we needed help on how to get to the property from the tube station, until our recent day-trip to London (out-with and some months after our stay) when we requested some local information from the hosts by phone, we have had a very positive experience with Mr & Mrs Shah. During our stay, the room was a very spacious and comfortable one, and we had our privacy and space afforded to us. Mr & Mrs Shah gave us a lot of good advice at the breakfast table and each time we approached them with a query, they were very willing to help. From helping tweak our plans for sightseeing in London to get better value out of it, to advising us of places to eat (trust me, there are some amazing places nearby to eat at!), they were happy to oblige. In terms of ease of access and other logistical matters, the property is within close walking distance of two tube stations, which covers a reasonable spread of tube lines. This meant that when two lines were closed during the weekend we were there, both served by one of the stations, we could use the other, from where we could still get to city centre within 20 or so minutes. We also had use of WiFi while we were there and it allowed us to share our days' experiences with our social connections! I would highly recommend folk who are visiting London, whether for a couple of days or a week (we stayed 8 nights) to stay here, if they are looking for superb value for money in terms of the facilities you get, and also a couple of very kind and helpful hosts. We will definitely return here when we next visit London to continue exploring the city's sights!

Rashmi and her husband were so friendly, they recommended us some restaurants and place to go in Wembley. The place was so clean and tidy, location was close to the underground station, and there have pubs and restaurants near by, very convenient. Highly recommend.

Clean and tidy accommodation that is very close to station and convenient for travelling into central London. Good value for money with free breakfast with towels. Limited use of kitchen with use of cutlery and the kettle/microwave but not cooker and oven. Bedroom and bathroom were comfortable.

Comfortable, clean and modern accomodation located in Preston Road. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful. The house is conveniently located a few minutes from the tube station and parade of local shops and restaurants. Overall, a very pleasant stay and great value.

We enjoyed our stay in this house & would recommend this to other friends. The rooms were very good sized & bathrooms were very clean. The hosts were very co-operative & helpful. May be breakfast can be improved but what ever options provided were good. This is very close to tube station & with metroploitan line it was very easy commute to central london.

We do not provide cooked breakfasts.

I had the great fortune of choosing this room for my first week in London as I was not a resident yet. The room is actually even bigger than the photos!. Huge wardrobe. Any girls' dream (even if you just carry a small bag). Huge bedroom and really nice bed. There is a radio in the room and it empowered my English. There is a deluxe bathroom on the same floor with a bath and a shower. I only used the shower as it was really nice: warm and powerful. Even though for a couple of days the house had some other guests there was never a problem as there are other bathrooms in the house. Friendly family. I met every single member of the family. They are really nice and I one feels they really care for their guests. I had very nice conversations along with a cup of tea. It's not a pose. They really show interest in your country as they have traveled a lot. I also have to say that they respected your independence. If you wanted to speak they were there for you, if you wanted to rest they wouldn't disturb you. Lots of shops and restaurants 3min walking and the tube is also that short distance. Ok, maybe 5 minutes but it is a comfortable walk, really beautiful walk seeing the typical houses, nice pavement to roll the suit, no hills, just straight on and then turn left. Along with the shops there are cash points many buses and the tube. You can travel by tube until 1.30am even though guests were not given a key they were always there for you no matter what time you arrived. The only con -if any- is just a matter of respect on the visitor's side, which I find it natural. They are vegetarians and so if you would like to be a guest in their house one would obviously make them feel comfortable by not bringing any sort of meal to the house. But you can always get anything outside!. As I said shops and restaurants are quite close. If you are a tourist you will basically have breakfast at the place and maybe some milk and biscuits at night? So no worries. And for those who might have general misconception that the house might smell species the answer is no. The house smells clean. Only when they cook (twice a day, they are not a restaurant!) can you smell it. One notices it downstairs but no bit in the rooms. I am not really used to spicy food and I found all those smells really delicious. I had the opportunity to taste a delicious soup they offered me as I stood in their house around Diwali time (New Year's Eve). Hope you will enjoy it as well.

“London im Grünen”

Wir haben drei Mal in Wembley übernachtet und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wer in London B&B in ruhiger Umgebung im Grünen sucht ist hier perfekt aufgehoben. Auf dem Stadtplan scheint diese Übernachtungsmöglichkeit etwas außerhalb zu liegen. Mit der Metropolitan Line kommt man aber in rund 40 Minuten aus dem Zentrum (Liverpool Street) schnell und ohne umzusteigen dorthin. Von der Haltestelle sind es ungefähr 8 Minuten zu Fuß. Trotz eines 2-tägigen Streiks kamen wir mit der U-Bahn immer ohne Probleme zurück. Außerdem gibt es noch eine zweite Verbindung, die Bakerloo Line, um nach Hause zu kommen. Die Vermieterin, Neeta, ist sehr freundlich. Während unseres Aufenthalt war ihr Mann verreist. Man wohnt wirklich im Haus der Besitzer im ersten Stock. Für meinen 12-jährigen Sohn und mich war das Doppelbett einwandfrei. Man hat viel Platz, auch wenn man mit großem Gepäck kommt. Das Badezimmer war sauber und in der sehr großen Küche gab es ein Frühstück mit diversen Marmeladen und Cornflakes. Abends konnten wir in wenigen Minuten Fußweg noch in einen gemütlich Pub gehen. Der von Neeta empfohlene hatte leckeres indisches Essen. An unserem Ankunftstag konnte wir bis 23 Uhr dort essen und haben gleich noch ein Championsleage-Spiel auf Großleinwand gesehen. Außerdem gibt es neben der U-Bahn Haltestelle diverse Geschäfte, u.a. eine take-away Pizzeria, mehrere Banken und einen Bio-Supermarkt. Unser Kurztrip war im Februar, sodass wir den an das Grundstück angrenzenden (!) Preston Park nicht genutzt haben. Im Sommer bietet der Park aber sicherlich eine wunderbare Gelegenheit zum Picknick oder zum Spielen und Toben für Kinder. Alles in allem haben wir hier eine sehr gute Wohnmöglichkeit gefunden und wir wären auch gerne noch drei weitere Tage geblieben – leider waren die Ferien da schon zu Ende.
