Fully tiled on the ground floor and wood finish floor on the upper levels, I have great pleasure and pride in sharing this modern luxurious house. I live in this house and am able to rent 1 Large Family bedrooms. Ideal for allergy sufferers as the floors are tiled and the house is kept nice and clean.This house overlooks a park. Recently extended and renovated. Furnished to a high standard. Ground floor is fully tiled and upper floors have wood finish floor. All the bathrooms and toilets are new. 7/10min walk to Preston Train station(for Metropolitan) and 7/10min walk to South Kenton for Bakerloo line. 30 mins to Central London with easy access to West End, theatres, musuems and shopping.Close to pub, shops, restaurants, hair-dressers, beauty salon, fruiterers, 2 supermarkets, and a bus ride to Harrow Shopping Centre for shopping, cinemas, restaurants cafes, Bank and Post Office House overlooking a park with children's' playground, tennis and lawn bowling. Private parking for 1 car. More cars can be parked in the car-park at the park. Car not necessary as transport nearby. Free Wifi. Bed Linen provided. NOTE : AS this is a PURE VEGETARIAN. house, please refrain from consumption of fish and meat. eggs in the house . The huge newly constructed family room contains 2 dbl beds and one dbl sofa bed and sleeps 5NOTE. SUPPLEMENTS MAY APPLY FOR 1 NT and major Events at WEMBLEY.

Security deposit of £75 required which is refundable at departure.Note - THIS IS A PURE VEGETARIAN HOUSEHOLD. KINDLY DO NOT BRING NON-VEG FOOD IN THE HOUSE.A photo ID will be required at the time of booking. Please state the purpose of your visit. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Neeta Rashmi / Rashmikant (the owner) a message.

If Neeta Rashmi / Rashmikant (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
