Geliefd door de unieke ligging pal aan de mooie IJssel! Magnifiek uitzicht op rivier (dijkterras), tuin èn korenmolen. Geniet op een schitterende locatie in de IJsselvallei (tussen Salland en Veluwe) van heerlijk wandelen, oever-picknicken, fietsen, èn bezoek de historische Hanzesteden als Deventer, Zwolle en Zutphen (v.a. 15min.) Alle privacy, comfort en luxe: Sunshower (sauna/UV onder het douchen)! Restaurants op loopafstand. Uitgeroepen tot 'vakantiewoning van de maand'.

Vanaf het dijkterras (uniek, ook onder bewoners) daalt u met een klein trapje af ìn de dijk, heel bijzonder! Het is mooi licht en heel sfeervol ingericht met extra comfort van vloerverwarming en een Sunshower. In de woonkamer vindt u satelliet-TV en rondom zicht op de dijk en fruit- en siertuin. Vanuit de complete keuken met gasstel en combi-magnetron kunt u naar het 2e terras rondom het verblijf met 2 zitjes, BBQ èn zicht op de korenmolen. In de slaapkamer staat een comfortabel 2-persoons boxspringbed. De doucheruimte biedt een luxe douchepaneel en de Sunshower. Het toilet is apart. De Droomengel heeft plm. 45 m2 binnen en meer dan 50 m2 buiten. Het uitzicht is oneindig!

Why can't I call Marianne (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Marianne (the owner) a message.

If Marianne (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
