Description

Newly renovated Village by the Sea condo is spectacular with its central top-floor views. This is a 3rd floor condo with no elevators on the property, but the view are worth the 2 stairway climb! You will see the protected salt marsh, homes along Wells Beach, and the ocean. At night, you can see the moon rising & light from Boon Island Lighthouse. There is so much to do in the area from Kennebunkport, Ogunquit to Kittery/Portsmouth area. There is a Seacoast Explorer Trolley stop near the VBTS entrance (operating during the high season only), so jump on and get to all your favorite beach/village places!

The condo is a 2 Bedroom, 2 bath L-shaped layout with an open concept kitchen/living area for family/friends to gather. The Master bedroom has a King bed and master bathroom with tub/shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed with a twin trundle underneath! There is also a queen pull out sofa bed with an air-mattress (much more comfortable than any spring sofa bed mattress!).

The condo is also equipped with WiFi, in-unit laundry, and various board games. The living room and both bedrooms have Smart TV's with DVD players.

The property has lots of amenities, including and indoor and outdoor heated pool, an indoor hot tub, fitness room, arcade, seasonal BBQ grill area, & Bocce ball court.

This is a hotel/resort property, so there is a front desk for check-in to get a key card for condo/door access. Personnel at the desk will be able to answer any questions about the area. How do damage deposits work?
