Stylish and Exceptionally maintained and super clean beach house right on Atlantic Ave in the heart of the best non-rocky section Wells Beach. Only a 30-second walk to the beach from the front door!

Built in 2012, this beach house is very modern with high end finishes throughout including hardwood floors, attractive granite kitchen countertops and backsplash, heated tile bathroom floors, marble vanities and gas fireplace with crown molding. Magnificent kitchen with gorgeous center island and views of the Atlantic Ocean and Webhannet River. Three Floors of ample living space including 4 bedrooms, including a master suite with impressive attached full bathroom. 3 other bedrooms are very spacious and offer views of the ocean and river. All bedrooms have queens beds with two bedrooms having additional sleeping for toddler and a baby crib if needed. The bathrooms are large and modern with marble shower enclosure and granite basins. All bedding and towels for the bathrooms are provided, along with a fully stocked kitchen and gas grill on the back deck. Located just across the street from the beach with easy dual access paths.

Easy access to the area’s numerous amenities - shops, galleries, fine dining, seasonal theatre, boating, kayaking, paddle boarding and recreation.

House includes everything needed for a memorable beach vacation: Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, boogie boards and more. 10 minute trolley ride to Ogunquit and 15 minutes to Kennebunkport.
