Relax and enjoy your Maine stay in this beautifully furnished 3500 sq ft Salt Box Colonial home right off the corner of Rt 1 and Rt 9, close to Rachel Carson Wildlife Preserves, Drakes Island, Wells, Kennebunk and Parsons Beachs. Our unique home sleeps 8 people and includes 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Everyone gravitates to the large vaulted ceiling family room with fireplace and Flat screen TV that includes plenty of comfortable seating where one can enjoy looking out two porch sliding glass doors onto an expansive 25 x 30 sq ft private cedar fenced courtyard completely furnished and surrounded by exquisite gardens and bird houses.

There are six rooms on the first floor; Formal DR, MB, Laundry/Dressing Rm, Kitchen, Family Rm, and Music Rm with Futon. The sunny open concept kitchen has plenty of space for cooking, dining and entertaining in addition to the adjacent Dining Room. Drama abounds in this home with Cathedral Ceilings in the Master Bedroom and Family Room. Right off the Master Bedroom is a 14x10 dressing/laundry room. The unique master bathroom includes a walk-in, open concept shower. 2nd floor has one full bath with a Queen bedroom and second bedroom that includes a Trundle bed (2 twin beds).

This corner lot has been artistically landscaped to include a private courtyard amid gorgeous flower gardens and plenty of backyard room to play Badminton, lounge on the hammock, roll out the blow up pool, read your favorite book on the Swing set or simply take in all the natural Maine beauty and smell of the Pines. Pet friendly, Grill, Four Bikes available (Bike to Kennebunkport, Dock Square, and local beaches Goose Rocks and Kennebunk) Swing set, Badminton, close walk to beach, trails, retail stores.
