Description

Spacious and comfortable character cottage at Berry Park in the unspoiled village of Welcombe. This 16th century cottage has been skillfully modernized and is extremely well equipped. It has three big family bedrooms, a large lounge with a wood-burner and widescreen TV and DVD player, a large kitchen/diner, bathroom and shower room. Set in 6 acres attractive gardens and fields deep in the Devon countryside close to the sea and the Cornish border. Guests have use of a solar heated swimming pool (May to September), a games room with pool/snooker, table tennis, computer games as well as books, toys and board games. There is an excellent real ale pub within easy walking distance. The beach is a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk away.June Special Offer : Book a two week holiday commencing in June and get the first week half price. “excellent stay at berry park”

we had a great week at this beautiful place house and gardens amenities all good, grandchildren loved pool and play areas dispite weather!! we loved the roomy size of primrose cottage and the history of the place, would love to visit again somewhen, would also recommend the old smithy inn good food and quirky décor! thankyou
