There is a selection of reading materials, board games and cards. There is an oil-fired heating system throughout the house. The bedrooms are spacious with lovely hill and sea views - a different view from every window. There is ample car parking with garden furniture and bar-b-que. The house is close to all amenities - the Village of Waterville has a great selection of restaurants and bars, some of which have entertained in the evenings.This house is suitable for all age groups - families, single people etc. There is so much to do e.g. 2
