Stay in our gorgeous home in the heart of Historic Capitol Hill, Washington, D.C.! WALK to the epicenter of all major sights; UNION STATION is a few steps away. LOCATION doesn’t get better than this! Our home is spacious, beautiful, and ready for you to enjoy.

Our home is great for families, groups, couples or individuals traveling for leisure or business. The layout comfortably sleeps 7 including:

--King size bed in the master bedroom complete with large bay window reading nook and spacious closet

–Queen size bed in the second bedroom with a sunny window and spacious closet

--Twin size bed in the third bedroom with sunny windows over-looking the garden and lovely secretary desk

--Queen size (new West Elm) sofa bed in the spacious living room.

All bedrooms have plenty of storage space for your needs.

The home boasts excellent WiFi, laptop friendly workspaces, a large high-definition Smart TV, Amazon Echo, convenient charging stations throughout, sunny updated chef’s kitchen, large formal dining table, perfect for meals or take-charge business meetings. In addition, there is a large, private garden with outdoor table and seating for relaxing.

The bright, updated kitchen has all modern appliances, amenities and timeless white marble countertops. High-end grocery stores including Whole Foods, Giant and Trader Joes are steps away. "Couldn't be happier with this property and will try to get it if we return for another visit. My mom, stepdad, myself, and twin daughters had more than enough space. Walking distance / short Uber to everywhere we wanted to go. Safe neighborhood & townhouse was just like the pictures. Excellent communication from the host. Only one of the keys we had was tricky to use on the front door but once I figured out the trick it was no longer a problem. Otherwise, highly recommended & stay here if you can.

Additionally, we arrived before check-in and used the "store me" bag check service at the Capitol Hill Hotel nearby. Slightly pricey, but worth it vs lugging bags around. I would suggest just calling them and they'll walk you through it."

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
