Description

Welcome to my spacious Suite (62 m2), located on the Miasteczko Wilanów in the neighborhood of Wilanow Palace and the Temple of God’s Providence. The luxury apartment was furnished according to principles Feng Shui so that everyone feels in it cosily and comfortably. It is ideal for a stay with friends, family and business trip.

Air-conditioned apartment includes a balcony, dining and seating area (sofa 140x215), equipped with LCD TV with satellite channels. Kitchen open to the living room, is decorated so that you can prepare in it and provide a delicious meal. You can find there fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, toaster, coffee Dolce Gusto, a kettle and crockery with kitchen tools. In the bathroom, so You can relax after a hard day, there is a corner bathtub and cosmetics set. In addition, I put there a washing machine, and in the dressing room ironing board, iron, hair dryer and vacuum cleaner. Bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160x200) and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.

I offer two types of lease: personal or serviced - including the range of cleaning and additional services, which is to be determined.

The Apartment is located on 3. floor with the lift in the building on the closed housing estate with protection 24 / 7. There is an underground garage included in the price. I provide a bedlinen set and towels in the price. There is also an access to the Internet WI-FI 100 mb/sec..

Additionally I equipped the luxury apartment with conveniences for youngest - plates, small mugs, the landing, as well as the small bed with the bedding (extra charge 40 pln/day). Windows are facing to the nice developed patio with the children's playground.

There is a very good selection of shops, services, restaurants on the settlement, where you can spend time with your family or with friends. There are stations bikes Veturilo in the neighborhood. Just 10 minutes by walk from the apartment there are bus stops, which conveniently takes you among to the city center, Metro Wilanowska, shopping mall Galeria Mokotów and Sadyba Best Mall, the business center at Domaniewska and the airport. Distances to the nearest attractions and important places: - Wilanow Palace - 1.5 km - Park of the Culture in Powsin -5 km - MEDICOVER Hospital – 700 m - Palace of Culture and Science- 9.7 km - Railway Central Station - 9.7 km - Airport - 9 km - Underground Wilanowska - 5 km - National Stadium - 10 km

Interaction with guest

Please inform me about exact time of Your arrival at least one day before so I could welcome You and give any directions. I am providing keys and I am getting back personally. If You have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me by phone. You don’t have to go anywhere to collect the keys, I will be waiting for You in Apartment. I’ll be at Apartment from 3 pm till 8 pm. It is possible to arrange passing the keys during the night, however, there is an extra charge of 60 pln. I have prepared a guide for you with all (I hope) information which may be useful during your stay in my Apartment.

- Loud behavior or music is not allowed between 10 p.m. - 7 a.m. Please honor my neighbors.
- Not allowed any kind of parties, meetings, occasional events
- No smoking
- No pets allowed
- Check in time is from 3 pm, check out until 11 am-I will try to adapt to Your needs as possible. You don’t have to go anywhere to collect the keys, I will be waiting for You in Apartment.
