Description

The 49m2 apartment is located in the center of Warsaw in a building with the security, free swimming pool, sauna and gym and has a great view over the Warsaw from the 10m2 balcony, where smoking is possible. This cosy apartment is perfect for 2 people, but 4 are also possible and just 350m from metro station. You will stay in the heart of Warsaw with an easy access to main tourist attractions.

The place is clean and fully equipped: kitchen wing with an electric hob, toaster, microwave, fridge, electric oven, kettle, 4-person table, all the dishes, etc., bathroom with a shower, washing machine and hair dryer, living room with a convertible sofa and a place to work and sleeping part with double bed. Additionally you have a vacuum cleaner and dryer for the clothes. Wifi is of course available - high speed 100 Mb/s.

We guarantee clean towels, fresh linen, shower gel & shampoo.

You will have a free access to the swimming pool, sauna and the gym, available a few floors below.

Opening hours:

Monday-Friday: 6AM - 12 and 3 PM - 10 PM (one break during the day)

Weekends: 10 AM - 7 PM (no break)

The studio is located in a paid parking zone. After 6PM (till 8 AM) and on weekends parking along the street is free. From 8 AM to 6 PM you have to pay, using parking meters (you can pay both with cash and card).

It will be a pleasure to welcome you in the apartment, give you the keys, show you how to access swimming pool and the gym and answer (possibly fully :-)) your questions about the place & the city.

The best about the apartment is its proximity to many Warsaw attractions and points of interest such as:

1. Warsaw Uprising Museum (500m)

2. Golden Terraces - Złote Tarasy - big shopping center where you can find many exclusive boutiques, more than 30 restaurants and cafes (e.g. Hard Rock Cafe), 3 clubs and a cinema. (1,2 km - about 10-minute-walk)

3. The Palace of Culture and Science in which you can find: cinema, theatre, museums, clubs, ice-rink in front in winter, great panorama of Warsaw from 30th floor of The Palace. (1,3 km - about 12-minute-walk)

4. The Old Town Area (2,4 km)

Metro station is just 400m from the building.

The apartment is easily to get to:

1) Central Railway Station – 6 minutes on foot

2) Chopin Airport - about 35-40 min by bus or 20 min by car/taxi or by the train - the apartment is only 500m from the "Warszawa Ochota" station, where you can get off from the train from the airport.

How do damage deposits work?
