Child-friendly, self-contained, family apartment on Sydney's Northern Beaches:

* Private bed room with queen bed and optionally one or two baby cots

* Large, separate lounge room that can double as second bed room, with two extra single beds or queen Aerobed

* Kitchen with 2 hot plates, microwave, oven, fridge, and utensils

* Bathroom with shower, vanity, and toilet

* Laundry with washing machine and dryer (shared with owners)

* Extensive gardens with spa, swings and trampoline

* Free untimed street parking in front of the property

* Free unlimited Wifi throughout the apartment

* Booking includes linen including sheets, towels, and beach towels

* Guests have their own private entry

The living room has lounge and dining table, TV/DVD/video, library, sliding door to the garden terrace and back yard.

The bedroom is spacious with queen size bed, garden views, and morning sun. If preferred there is more than enough space

The bedroom is spacious with queen size bed, garden views, and morning sun. If preferred there is more than enough space in the bedroom to move 2 extra single beds from the lounge room to the bed room. Alternatively a second queen bed can be made up (Aerobed). We can also supply one or two baby travel cots.

Full kitchen includes 2 electric hot plates, tea/coffee/toast making facilities, fridge, microwave, oven and ample utensils.

Private bathroom with shower, vanity, and toilet.

Laundry facilities with washing machine and dryer, and garden drying lines are shared with the owners.

Guests have access to informal park-like gardens with a choice of various outdoor seating areas, swings for the kids, hammock, trampoline, spa/jacuzzi/hot-tub, and an upstairs deck to enjoy wider ocean and district views.

We provide special discounted offers for longer term stays.

Babysitting and child-minding is available on request. Books, bikes, surf boards, and toys/games available.

There is a local lookout at the top of the local hill, a few minutes walk away, which is the highest point of the larger area, and provides 360 degrees views across Sydney and the ocean.

180 Degrees ocean views from upstairs deck. 5-10 Minutes drive to beaches (Manly, Freshwater, Curl Curl and Dee Why) or shopping mall, 30 minute drive to Sydney City.

10 minutes walk to local supermarket and other shops, cafes, and restaurants.

The local bus stop, around 200 metres walk away from the property, can take you

- to the beaches

- to Manly's ferry wharf for a ferry ride across the harbour into the city centre

- directly into the city

- to train stations for longer distance travelling e.g. to the Blue Mountains, the Hunter Valley, NSW South Coast, Western NSW, and interstate.

Quiet, friendly neighbourhood, close to beautiful beaches and great restaurants. We work from home and have 3 teenage children. We are travelers ourselves and enjoy sharing our home and beautiful surroundings.

We respect the privacy of our guests, while we always welcome the opportunity to have a chat with guests over a coffee/tea or a cold drink.
