Description

Brand new as of August 16, we have a luxury 3 bed lodge set in a stunning woodland setting at Warmwell holiday park, Warmwell run by Parkdean.

Main bedroom has a king size bed with dressing area, double wardrobe, wall mounted flat screen TV, portable fan, full length mirror, hairdryer and an ensuite with double shower. Second bedroom is a large twin with wall mounted flat screen TV, wardrobe, portable fan and small dressing area with mirror and stool. Third bedroom is also a twin with wardrobe, full length mirror, stool, portable fan and flat screen wall mounted TV.

There is a good sized family bathroom with bath and a shower attachment. We have a large open plan lounge/dining room and kitchen. The lounge has 2 large comfortable sofa's and a single chair, feature electric fire place, a console unit with kids & adult dvd's along with a few board games, coffee table, TV with DVD, Bluetooth and sound bar. The dining area has seating for 6 with french doors onto the decking and a fully equipped kitchen including microwave, oven, gas hob, dishwasher, cafetière, coffee machine (Nespresso, bring own pods if you wish), washer/dryer and fridge/freezer - along with everything else you could possibly need in a kitchen!

In the storage cupboard in the dining area we have an iron/ironing board, pegs and a clothes airer along with coat hooks and an area to store your shoes. The storage cupboard also houses the alarm. We have recently added a high chair ! (Please advise if you require this)

Carpets to all bedrooms and lounge area and wooden floors to wet areas and dining room. There are also lots of wall sockets with usb connection and radiators to every room.

Our lodge is fully double glazed throughout with blinds and curtains to the windows. The lodge is also equipped with a smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector.

Outside, the large decking area has a lockable gate and is equipped with a wooden table/parasol & chairs and a kids plastic table, perfect for enjoying BBQ's and a glass of wine on the southerly aspect terrace! We have lots of plastic cutlery and cups for children outside.

We have outside lighting around the lodge and pretty solar lights on our decking to make it sparkle in the evenings! There is also a grassed area to the left of our lodge where kids can play and there are 2 parking spaces. We do not supply a bbq but your welcome to bring your own or buy the disposable bbq's to place on the stone slab on the decking.

We have free Wi-Fi in our lodge. We have recently added a Wi-Fi booster. You will find the booster option when you search. The park have just upgraded to super fast wifi.

The warmwell site has lots and lots to offer in the way of 2 fully stocked fishing lakes, 2 play parks, indoor swimming pool with flume and wave machine, a dry 110m snow flex ski slope and a seperate nursery slope where sledging, swiss bob's, snowboarding and ringos can be done, bike hire, newly refurbed fantastic amusement arcade, large soft play area, roller rink with music, 2 lane tenpin bowling, nature trail, fantastic family entertainment in the evening including bingo nights and shows along with kids clubs for various ages throughout the day, newly refurbed boathouse bar and restaurant, costa coffee, small onsite supermarket, laundrette & a takeaway fish and chip shop! What more do you need!

New for 2020! Adventure bugz, bungee trampolines, Jurassic themed crazy golf, Arts and crafts den, interactive wall, climbing wall, ice cream station, woof den, virtual reality experience, outdoor gym trail and super fast Wifi!

Entertainment passes would need to be purchased from Reception in order to receive free swimming, soft play, evening entertainment etc. They are £10pp peak time and £8pp off peak and free for under 3's. These will last for the duration of your stay. You can't get into the evening entertainment without these. You can ring ahead to reception to book any activities or request entertainment passes.

The park facilities expect the ski slope are shut from from the end of November till 23rd December to where the park opens again for Christmas and new year breaks. The park then shuts again a few days after New Year's Day until the 2nd week of Feb, ready for half term!

I have been staying at Warmwell both privately and through Warmwell directly for years & I have to say this is one of the best lodges I have had the privilege of staying in. The lodge itself was beautifully presented, contained all mod cons & was very clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need! The owner Laura is very approachable & accomodating, nothing ever seems to be too much trouble. I would highly recommend staying in this exquisite lodge!

Why can't I call Laura (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Laura (the owner) a message.

If Laura (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
