Description

The Lodge has a special luxury feel from the moment you arrive. It is a classically designed Gite style and has high specification features. A welcome pack will be provided, for you to enjoy, on arrival including, bread, milk and basic commodities.

Kingfisher Breaks is on the popular Warmwell Holiday Park, It sleeps up to 6 guests in 2 bedrooms The lodge is in the quiet area of the holiday park but 5 mins walk from the indoor pool and numerous amusements for all the family. Outdoor facilities on site are a dry ski slope, bike hire, football and basketball courts and table tennis.

You will be able to relax on the sunny south facing decking which has views to the fishing lake.

In the spacious open plan lounge and dining room you can relax and enjoy your holiday.

The master bedroom has the wow factor and is a beautiful room to wake up in the morning with sunlight filtering in through the french style shutters. There is a well designed ensuite shower room.

The second bedroom sleeps 4 and has elegantly styled wide bunk beds which are very comfortable. The family bathroom has a bath and hand held shower head.

Getting around

It is useful to have a car to visit the many places in the area. There is a bus from the campsite to weymouth every hour. Also a train station is a 15min walk and will take you into Weymouth and Dorchester

We provide a welcome pack containing basic provisions for your arrival, tea, coffee, milk, sugar, loaf of bread, biscuits, butter and a bottle of wine. “Perfect family holiday”

Such a lovely lodge in a beautiful location with lots of lovely places to visit nearby. The owners were very welcoming & only a call away if you need them. The park was great & has something for all ages (our teenage boys loved it) highly recommend this lodge & park. It was the perfect family holiday. We really didn't want to leave. Would love to return sometime to Kingfisher Breaks. Thank you so much. The Holland family.

A beautiful lodge the owners had thought of everything and very warm. Welcome pack on arrival was a nice touch. The park itself has everything for all ages you could want. Will definitely be returning hopefully to this lodge.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Carol (the owner) a message.

If Carol (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
