“Holiday”

Reviewed 10 Apr 2019

We had a fantastic time. We have been a few times now. We would like to mention on this review about how nice and kind the owners are. They reply very quickly, respond to any questions, and are always willing to help and improve our holiday stay. We would like to say a big thankyou. The cabin has the best position on the park as it is not overlooked and is very quiet and private. The weather all week was lovely, and we were able to sit on the balcony with a nice cup of tea.

Owner's reply: Thank you Jodie we love to hear that you enjoyed your stay at Pine Lodge. It is very important to Jan and I that all our guests have a good holiday and promise to do all we can to keep it that way.

“Amazing lodge”

Reviewed 27 Mar 2019

We had a fantastic weekend here. As a family of 5 and 2 dogs we found the lodge really spacious, practical and everything you need and more. Loved the wrap around decking which was really practical for the dogs. The lodge is very private and located in a quiet area of the park. Very clean and homely. The park is beautiful and had plenty to do for the kids. Set in a great location to go out and explore. I can highly recommend Pine Lodge and can’t wait to return. Communication was great with Stewart and was able to check out at a later time which was really nice. The only thing I wasn’t happy about was having to leave and go home from this amazing place. Thanks Stewart and Jan M.

Owner's reply: Thank you, Lisa for taking time out to write the review. we are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay at Pine Lodge and it would be really great to hear from you in the future.

“Fabulous Lodge & Owners!”

Reviewed 19 Nov 2018

Myself, other half and two children have stayed in this beautiful lodge 3 times now and simply can not wait for our next stay this Christmas/New Year. It truly is a wonderful lodge and full of everything you could possibly need. Having one of the better lay outs (and I’ve stayed in a fair few Warmwell lodges over the years). The rooms are spacious and the Jacuzzi is a huge hit with my children. Last but not least the owners are lovely, approachable & very accommodating people with nothing ever being too much trouble. As we speak I am trying to book up to stay at Pine Lodge again in 2019!

Owner's reply: Thank you so much for your kind words, we promise to keep the lodge as you and others have found it in the past.

“Lovely lodge in a lovely setting”

Reviewed 19 Oct 2018

I was looking for a base for exploring this particular area of Dorset, for myself, my brother and nephew and came across Pine Lodge. A lovely and spacious cabin - so similar to what I know from my native Denmark, which meant that all 3 of us immediately felt at home. We did have a little hiccup on arrival, but that was soon sorted with the help of Stewart. Thank you for a lovely time - I will try and come back soon with friends.

Owner's reply: Thank you Susanne I am sorry for the hiccup but was pleased to help and truly appreciate your patience. Hope to hear from you in the future. Best Wishes Stewart

“Pine lodgr”

Reviewed 16 Jun 2018

This is our second stay at Pine lodge, once again we enjoyed it. We shall look forward to many future holidays. The lodge is beautiful, it's in the best part of the park. It's very quiet and peaceful. It has a massive outdoor space which is safe and secure. Beautifully presented inside. The park is brilliant for relaxing or for those that like more activity. It suits everyone. I would recommend pine lodge to everyone

Owner's reply: Thank you Jodie we do our level best to make Pine Lodge a pleasent stay to all our guests but it is great to hear it is appreciated. Our best Wishes Stewart

“Perfect in Every Way!!”

Reviewed 26 May 2018

To start Pine Lodge is situated in a fabulous position, not over looked, with sun on the decking all day long. It is light, airy & spacious, but also such a cosy place. It is immaculate, I have never seen a toilet so clean in a holiday let. The kitchen had every gadget you could think of, which were also all spotless. The jacuzzi bath, was fabulous, what a way to relax after a busy day. Bed linen crisp & white. Lounge has 3 sofas, 2 floor to ceiling windows. I really cannot rate Pine Lodge highly enough, it is just perfect!!!!

Owner's reply: Thank very much we aim to do all we can to ensure all our gusts enjoy Pine Lodge hence your review is much appreciated Best Wishes Stewart

“Easter Break 7-14 April”

Reviewed 16 Apr 2018

This was our 2nd year in a row staying in lodge in April. My daughter loves the lodge so much, literally would like to live there. The lodge is very spacious & airy. We were a party of 5 & with Tv’s in bedrooms & dining area there were no fights over who watched what. Lovely & clean upon our arrival with all beds being made up & the sofa bed made up also. My 14 year old son laid on it & fell asleep it was so comfy plus we do travel early morning to miss traffic. He slept on sofa bed all week & loves it. As the lodge is in private area & top of the park it is really peaceful & lovely to watch the wildlife coming onto the decking to feed, plus we a had a squirrel visit us as my daughter bought nuts to leave out. Plenty to do on site with the swimming pool which has a slide & wave machine. We even gave the roller skating a go this year. Did look at ski slope but you do need to book & we were out most days but it’s does look good. The service Stewart provides with communication is outstanding & should there be any problems telephone numbers of who you need to contact are always given. I have loved spending time in this lodge it is luxurious. The spa bath is a must, my daughter & I didn’t want to get out. Will definitely be making a return.

Owner's reply: Hi Liz Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review, it gives Jan and I so much happiness to learn how you all enjoyed Pine Lodge. I do so hope that you will return. With Best Wishes Stewart

“Excellent Lodge for Relaxed Family Holiday”

Reviewed 9 Apr 2018

I can't fault this at all the accommodation was excellent in quality and everything you would want for a relaxed stay. The location is good a number of things close by and not too far from others. We all liked the Jacuzzi and spent half our time in the lodge and half outside or using one of the many facilities in the holiday park.

Owner's reply: Thank you for taking the time to give Pine Lodge such a positive report. We are truly delighted to hear you had a nice stay. So pleased about the jacuzzi bath, we had a problem earlier but thanks to our care team they got it sorted. Hope you will return. Stewart

“Outstanding accommodation & service!”

Reviewed 17 Feb 2018

We have stayed in various lodges (both private & park owned) at Warmwell and can honestly say Pine Lodge is by far the most superior. Not only does it contain every utensil you could possibly need, a bbq & huge veranda for the better weather but also the jacuzzi bath is a lovely added bonus! It is beautifully furnished throughout and the lay out is far better & much more practical than all the other lodges we’ve stayed as it has two sets of double doors that section off the lounge from the very large kitchen/diner & the kitchen and the bedrooms. We’ve loved it so much we have already booked to come back again TWICE! Lastly, just to mention the owners are such lovely people, friendly & accomodating & can’t do enough to help!

Owner's reply: Thank you for your comments we try our best to provide our guests with all home comforts and keep the service and communication as they deserve. Wonderful that you are coming back. Stewart and Jan
