Pine Lodge is an excellent choice for families usually 4 adults and 2 children or 5 adults but not 6 adults or house parties. Well-behaved dogs considered an extra charge may apply. This luxury lodge has a few surprises including two ensuite bedrooms, three TVs, and wardrobe, a Jacuzzi bath, and a wine cooler so you can enjoy a chilled glass on the veranda in the evening. With double glazing, central heating, and a fully fitted kitchen. With all the home comforts, you won't want to leave.

Within the popular Warmwell Leisure Resort, you will enjoy all the resort's amenities, site passes, if required, can only be purchased from the Parkdean Reception. Enjoy a walk through tranquil woodland trails, to fishing at the resorts well-stocked lakes. Whilst the more energetic can discover the region by bike and enjoy the fantastic snow flex ski slope, in addition to which there are sports and adventure areas, a nature walk, and acres of space to enjoy. Indoors, the amenities offer a swimming pool with flumes and wave-machine, sauna, fitness suite. Pine Lodge is child friendly and secure. At the pool, for health and safety reasons, all children under 4 must be supervised by an adult on a one to one basis, children under 8 must be supervised by an adult. One adult may not supervise more than two children under 8 in the pool.

Plus there is roller skating, soft play area, amusements for all, and evening entertainment. With all these nearby, and within the resort, you´ll never be short of things to do.

The resort also has a Bar, Restaurant, Costa Coffee Cafe, takeaway pizza & a chippy there as well as a local on-site store

Meal Plans are available through the Resort Reception.

There is free WIFI at reception and the hospitality areas plus each lodge can access WIFI.

With double glazing, central heating, and a fully fitted kitchen, you won't want to leave.

Close to Dorset's Jurassic Coast and places of interest from Weymouth Beach to Ringstead Bay - Monkey World to The Tank Museum and Sea Life Park to Corfe Castle.

Accommodation at Pine Lodge comprises Entrance hall/security alarm, leading off to the lounge /sitting room with an additional sofa bed for two children or one adult.on The other side a modern fully fitted Kitchen with a Dining area. Off of the kitchen, there is a Utility room with washing machine/ dryer and access to the outside wraparound decking area.

Beyond the kitchen/diner you will find a double bedroom with en suite shower / w.c, a Twin bedroom with en suite Jacuzzi type bath / w.c with separate access from the hall. Pine Lodge also features 4 flat screen Colour T.V with free view channels in Lounge, Kitchen/ diner, and both bedrooms. DVD Player, DAB Radio in the kitchen.

Central Heating, Double Glazing Radio, Free WIFI at the reception building No service/fuel charges.

In the lodge, you are provided with -

Gas Cooker/ Grill Oven, Microwave, Smoothie and Coffee maker, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Wine cooler, Hairdryer, Iron and ironing board, Vacuum cleaner.

Beds are made on arrival except for the sofa bed, Towels ( one bath, one hand towel per person are provided.

There are no service/fuel charges.

Pine Lodge is the ideal spot in the resort to relax and although all the requirements of the family catered for inside. Outside is special, with the large wrap-around decking which is not overlooked from the road and has access from the kitchen, and lounge, and lobby.

On the decking is a rattan style dining table and chairs for six with parasol, a matching sofa with two chairs, and a coffee table with a cushion store.

Please note, as it was considered to be a potential fire hazard we have had to remove the BBQ.

There are two (tandem) private parking bays, the entrance to the cul de sac has a security barrier.

The outside area is surrounded by trees and is a peaceful place to relax.

Our guests collect Lodge keys from KEY BOX, not before 2:30 pm on arrival, and drop them in the KEY BOX not later than 10:30 am at the end of their stay. PLEASE NOTE Parkdean Reception closes at 6 pm, except on Fridays when it is open until 8 pm. Notify the owners if you anticipate arriving after these times and we will advise reception staff to tell the security team to facilitate access to the keys, Please note, as it was considered to be a potential fire hazard we have had to remove the BBQ.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Stewart and Jan (the owner) a message.

If Stewart and Jan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
