A stylish well equipped home in a beautiful private gated parkland setting, where you feel at home the minute you walk through the door. Parkside Mews provides a peaceful retreat ideal for exploring; a region steeped in history, fabulous nature trails, and tantalizing local restaurants whilst still convenient for London and the South Coast.

Beautiful neutral soft furnishings add to the tranquility of this home, with a well equipped kitchen to unleash the chef within you, relax on the soft leather sofas and read quietly in the peaceful conservatory. Stairs to the first floor lead to the Master bedroom with kingsize bed, en-suite shower and bath, and a further family bathroom. The guest room has been tastefully furnished with 2 single beds and luxury bed linen. Bedroom 3 sleeps two children (or one adult) with a ‘Captain Hideaway’ bed with pull out trunkle which will delight.

Outside the house benefits from a small garden with gas BBQ (during summer months). To the front and surrounding Parkside mews are extensive, safe park land with shared tennis courts, cricket pavilion and easy walks, bicycle trails and bridal paths.

Close to London and the M25 the village of Warlingham is privileged to be surrounded by woodlands and open space, with fast rail services to London and the South Coast, local shops, restaurants and Supermarket.

There are plenty of stately homes and gardens to explore, all within easy driving distance, visit Chartwell (Sir Winston Churchill's family home), Hever Castle & Gardens (childhood home of Anne Boleyn), Leeds Castle (built on two Islands in the middle of a natural lake), Penshurst Place or Hampton Court Palace. Days out at Epsom or Lingfield Park races, Chessington Zoo World of Adventures and Thorpe Park can be thoroughly enjoyed.

"What an amazing place!!!"

We had such a lovely time at Parkside Mews and absolutely couldn't fault a thing! The house was perfect. We travelled with 2 children under 3 years old and they adored the house as well as the little park and watching the horses whilst having their breakfast. It's such a peaceful area and the neighbours were lovely. We couldn't have asked for more and will definitely be using Parkside Mews again. All your little touches made our stay much more enjoyable. Many thanks.

"Pleasent outlook, close to shops and train to London. Enjoyed our time here."

A nice, clean and tidy attached row house in a very nice area, a quiet and peaceful place to stay with a few neighbours to make you feel secure. Car a must, easy to take the train to London to avoid the congestion and parking charges. In in hindsight would train to London for a night or two to catch a show and have dinner without having to rely on the train system to get back late at night.

"Wonderful stay"

What a great place! In a very quiet parkland setting adjacent to a cricket pitch and pavilion this provided a perfect base for a family break (9 yr old twins and Nanna in tow). The private tennis courts (secured by padlock) were used daily. The gated community meant there was only traffic from people living on the estate. All very well kept and smartly presented. The house itself was ideal with a lovely parkland aspect to the front and a small tidy garden to the rear. Facilities were great with everything we needed. Very clean and everything worked. Shower was powerful and it was great to have an en suite in the master bedroom. Getting to London was very easy too with regular trains from the local station at Upper Warlingham (7 minutes drive away) taking 30 minutes to get to Victoria. More locally, Hever Castle was a great full day out and Chartwell a pleasant half day. A super break in a super location. We'll be back!

"Superbly equipped, comfortable & peaceful home located on parkland."

We had the pleasure of staying at Parkside Mews for the month of June. This well equipped home sits on parkland with beautiful walks at your doorstep. Beautifully decorated and well maintained by lovely Gaynor and Andy, we had everything we wanted. Only 35 mins by train to central London yet you can feel hours away in the peaceful countryside.

Beautiful surrounds. Very well appointed and comfortable house that has been finished to a high standard. Many thoughtful touches . All in all the house feels generous, more as though you have the exclusive use of someone's home. This was my second visit, and I hope to return.

"Great Location, even better property"

We've stayed at Parkside Mews twice now and we can strongly recommend this property as being 5 star. The location for Surrey and the southern side of London is perfect. The property is on a recently, purpose-built Parklike estate. The views are of trees and vast open space and lawn. The property is fully outfitted with complete kitchen utensils etc. The 3 bedroom, 2+ bathroom layout also has the best power-shower, latest TV and WiFi technology. The conservatory in the rear is a wonderful place to relax, read or even eat. We were very pleased with all aspects of renting and occupying Parkside Mews and hope to return.
