SUFFOLK'S SECRET. LUXURY HOLIDAY COTTAGE CLOSE TO THE RIVER DEBEN IN WALDRINGFIELD.

IVYDENE is a stylish luxury cottage, close to a sandy beach, boating, golf, cycling and good walks.It is just five miles from Woodbridge. Sleeping four people in one double room and a twin bunk room. A cosy living room with fireplace leads through to an open plan kitchen and dining area. The modern kitchen is light and airy and the perfect place to share a meal looking out or in the garden.The approach from the private car park at the rear of the property leading into the pet secure back garden and patio, then through the French Doors into the kitchen / living area and forward into the cosy sitting room, where there is an open fire and room to relax. The two bedrooms are equipped with 100% cotton bed linen and share a “Jack and Jill” bathroom with a full size bath and shower overhead.

Pet dogs are welcome. Providing they are fully house trained and not allowed to go upstairs. We charge £35.00 per dog (max 2) Please ask for a quote,

IVYDENE is 40 meters from the River Deben where boating activity can be enjoyed or watched from the waterside, or visit The Maybush Inn where excellent food is available both on the terrace overlooking the Deben or inside. There are also lovely riverside walks, Nearby is historic Woodbridge, a town of great character with the famous Tide Mill & Buttrams windmill. Sutton Hoo is on the opposite river bank. Snape Malting's concert hall & Framlingham Castle 30 miles by car. Southwold & Aldeburgh, Orford, 45 miles.

Snape Maltings. Regular daytime and evening concerts are very popular, Booking is essential. Also there are award winning local shops, restaurants and beautiful riverside walks. and Aldeburgh.

Hi. As we do not live locally, regretfully we most likely will not meet you. However we have done everything we can possibly think off to make both your arrival and whole visit as easy and straight forward as possible. (We always appreciate suggestions to improve this) As you will be informed there is a key safe for you to gain entry through the left hand french door.Once inside the cottage it is yours for the duration of your visit. “Lovely Cottage”

This is probably the nicest cottage I've stayed in, well appointed, clean & in a great location. I felt the photos on the website didn't do it justice. We really loved the garden room at the back of the property & enjoyed sitting there when it wasn't warm enough to sit outside. Being an old cottage the stairs were quite steep & narrow but this was off set by having a downstairs cloakroom. The bed was comfy with nice quality linen. Best of all for us was its proximity to the river & pub & riverside walks. It's probably not the best place for teenagers unless they're keen on sailing.

Very nice clean, cosy cottage in peaceful location. We had everything we needed. Enjoyed the south facing garden and just a short walk to a lovely view over River Deben. The Maybush Inn just a few minutes walk away served delicious food. Enjoyed walks locally, visiting Woodbridge and walks in Rendlesham Forest.

This is the second time myself and my sister have stayed at Ivydene for a short break. Ivydene is a beautiful home, well equipped and very cozy. It’s in a ideal location, close to the Maybush Inn that serves great food. I would recommend Ivydene to anyone as we have always enjoyed our stay in this lovely place.

How do damage deposits work?
